وَاللَّهُ
خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ
(62:11)
The common translation is that
God is a better Provider among all Providers (Raziqeen). According to this ayah
is God the only Provider? My intellect tells me that God is saying there are
other Providers but God is the best. There is no denial here that there is no
other Provider rather here there is a comparison and mention of God’s
supremacy. God’s quality of being a Provider is comparatively better. There are
more Providers but God is better than the other Providers. God said there are
more Providers and accepted that there are others. Islamic clerics say here
‘Raziq’ refers to the idols. If this refers to idols then has God accepted that
idols made of stone could provide Rizq (provision)? Some saints said ‘Raziq’
refers to Murshid (Spiritual Guide) and provision means Noor (Divine Light).
They said any Murshid can give Noor but God gives the most Noor. We are not
satisfied with this explanation because the Noor coming from the Murshid is
coming from God so then the Murshid is not the Provider, God is.
The true meaning of this secret
comes from His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi. The many Raziqeen refers to God’s
Asma-e-Sifaat (Attributes of God’s Names). One can obtain the provision of Noor
through any name of God. Permission of the Murshid is not necessary. You may
engage in remembrance (Dhikr) of any name of God’s attributes and you shall
obtain Spiritual Grace however you shall only reach that particular attribute
of God. If you engage in Dhikr of ‘Ya Razaqo’ you shall reach the Rizq
(provision) of God and if you engage in ‘Ya Rehmano’ you shall reach the Reham
(mercy) of God.
HDE Gohar Shahi said ‘If you have obtained God’s provision through Dhikr of ‘Ya Razaqo’ it no greatness on your part because God even provides Rizq to an insect under a stone and if you reach his mercy through ‘Ya Rehmano’ then it is no big deal because God is even merciful upon animals. Greatness is reaching the original existence of God through Ism-e-Dhaat Allah (God’s Personal Name) and for this you need the permission of a Murshid.’
This verse means there are many
names of God’s attributes and you may obtain provision from any name of God’s
attributes, but the best provision is that from Ism-e-Dhaat Allah.
Now if you take this verse to
refer to Zahiri Rizq (provision for the body) then who are the other Providers
because in this world no matter who you obtain the Rizq from it is coming from
God. It is commonly said that each person eats what is written in his/her fate
and one’s fate is written by God so therefore God is the Provider. When there
is no other Raziq then who are these that God made mention of? Nobody has
touched upon this subject but this is the blessing of HDE Gohar Shahi. HDE Gohar
Shahi knows many secrets of the Quran which even Prophet Mohammad was unaware
of!
Then there is the aspect of ‘Alif
Laam Meem’ in the Quran. The first verse of ‘Alif Laam Meem’ which was
initially sent down was for Prophet Mohammad. In some knowledge of ‘Alif Laam
Meem’ Alif stands for Allah, Laam for La Ilaha Illallah and Meem for Mohammad
Rasool Allah and in some verses the Meem stands for Mehdi not Mohammad. If the
Quran is for this era also then all the verses are not for 1400 years ago. If
the entire Quran had been sent for the people of that time then what has come
for us? What is there in the Quran for this era? The entire Quran was not used
for the era of Prophet Mohammad. Some parts of the Quran were for the era of
Prophet Mohammad and he explained those parts which became Hadith. Some other
parts of the Quran were for Abdul Qadir Jillani (Ghous Pak) and he explained
those parts, which do not come under Hadith. Today we read books of the saints
of God and say it is not mentioned in the Quran or Hadith and this is because
Hadith only mention the explanations that Prophet Mohammad explained for his
part of the Quran. When the era of Ghous Pak ended the last era came, the Era
of Imam Mehdi. Some parts of the Quran are for the era of Imam Mehdi and the explanation
of that part shall be given by Imam Mehdi. When the time comes the secrets
shall be revealed.
Many Mufasireen (interpreters of
Quran) said the Haroof-e-Mukatiyat (Secret Words meaning of which is hidden) is
a secret between God and Prophet Mohammad and only they know its meaning. We
say if these are a secret between God and the Prophet then they should have
been kept within the chest of Prophet Mohammad, why were they written? If this
was a secret then why did they confuse common people by writing them? Some
Haroof-e-Mukatiyat were kept for each era. First people were disciplined
through common knowledge and when such a situation arose in which a nation
could not be saved by the common knowledge, the Divine Light of the
Haroof-e-Mukatiyat was used to save the nation.
The part of ‘Alif Laam Meem’ was
given to Ghous Pak, not to Prophet Mohammad. The Spiritual Grace that Ghous Pak
rendered through ‘Alif Laam Meem’, Prophet Mohammad rendered on the basis of
his own Spirituality. He did not need it. Some parts were for the era of Imam
Mehdi and one of the Haroof-e-Mukatiyat in the Quran is ‘Alif Laam Meem Ra’.
What does this mean? This means Mehdi is the one whose name begins with ‘R’ for
Ra Riaz. Quran even mentioned the name of Imam Mehdi. Mehdi is ‘Ra Riaz’.
People say how can the name of Imam Mehdi come in the Quran? Well then how did
the name of Prophet Mohammad come in the Bible? God sent it and God sent this
also. That was Prophet Mohammad but this is Imam Mehdi in whose remembrance
Prophet Mohammad used to weep. Imam Mehdi has been given the responsibility of
the entire humanity and for Imam Mehdi Hazrat Ali said, ‘If I could be in the
era of Imam Mehdi I would spend my entire life in servitude to Him.’
The secret of the verse ‘God is a
better Provider among all Providers’ was given to Prophet Mohammad. The
previous provision was of ‘Ya Rehmano’, ‘Ya Qudduso’, etc. but then God sent
Prophet Mohammad with the best provision of all. This verse was given to
Prophet Mohammad to tell his nation that previously there were Providers who
gave provisions however Ism-e-Dhaat Allah is the greatest of all.
There is another verse in the
Quran that mentions Rizq (provision):
وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنْكًا وَنَحْشُرُهُ
يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَعْمَىٰ
(20:124)
God says, ‘Those who turn away
from my Dhikr (remembrance) I minimize their provisions.’
What does this mean? Salat does
not have the Noor if Ism-e-Dhaat. We have seen so many people who gave
religious tax, performed Hajj and offered Salat but became heedless of God’s
remembrance (Dhikr). You might have heard that people took Dhikr from HDE Gohar
Shahi and after some time they stopped coming. Those people did not value or
give importance to this Dhikr so the provision of the soul that they would have
obtained was stopped but they continued to offer Salat. If this was referring
to bodily provision then those who do not engage in Dhikr should have starved
to death. We have seen people who have spent months with HDE Gohar Shahi and
they were given the provision of Ism-e-Dhaat and the provision of RaRiaz and
they left all of this for worldly pleasures. When they ignored the provision of
Ra Riaz, Ism-e-Dhaat and the company of HDE Gohar Shahi, the divine wrath began
to fall on their hearts and souls. When the provision of Ism-e-Dhaat and Ra
Riaz was stopped, the provision of their body increased. If the Quran was
referring to the provisions of the body then those who do not do Dhikr should starve.
However they are not starving.
Therefore this verse of the Quran
refers to provision for the soul. Your real life is the life of your soul. This
body is temporal. Why do you assume that if God gives advice it is for this
temporal body that has been given for a short period of time? Would he talk
about this temporal provision? Just as you offer Salat at a certain time, it is
a temporal obligation meaning it is an obligation for a certain period of time.
Prophet Mohammad said obligations are of two types. One is a temporal
obligation and the other is an eternal obligation. One who does not fulfil his
eternal obligation, his temporal obligation is not accepted. Salat is a
temporal obligation same as Zakat (religious tax). You don’t give this tax
every day. When the time comes you give Zakat and similarly you perform Hajj
when the time comes to perform Hajj. You don’t perform Hajj every month do you?
However for Dhikr the Quran says do not be heedless of God’s remembrance no
matter you are sitting, standing or tossing and turning because this is an
eternal obligation. Similarly provision is of two types, temporal and eternal.
As long as your body is alive you need physical provision so it is therefore a
temporal provision. The soul has been created for eternity therefore it needs
eternal provision. The Quran has mentioned the eternal provision not the
temporal one.
The provision of Ism-e-Dhaat is
such that it makes a person self-sufficient. If one has obtained Ism-e-Dhaat
that Ism-e-Dhaat will continue to produce more Noor and what began as a drop of
Noor in the heart would turn into an ocean. This generation of provision would
eventually turn one into a Raziq (Provider) themselves and be able to provide
others with this Rizq. This eternal provision is spread whereas the temporal
Rizq goes to waste. This system of Noor shall continue and never stop. When all 5 Lataif (subtleties of the breast)
are enlightened a wave of Noor is formed and when this wave enters the Maqam of
Fana (Station of Annihilation) and into a Union with God, this wave shall turn
into an ocean. Once it has become an ocean then you yourself have become a
Provider. The chest of Prophet Mohammad was an ocean of Noor and small rivers
of Noor flowed from it towards Hazrat Ali and another towards Ghous Pak and
another towards Khwaja Ghareeb Nawaz and from them canals of Noor continued to
travel eventually becoming oceans themselves. And this system continued from
one chest to another.
If Prophet Mohammad brought the
best provision of all then what provision did Imam Mehdi bring? Human beings
already tasted the best provision of all so then what provision did Imam Mehdi
bring?
