Kya Eesa (as) Ne Dobara Aana Hai?

*** ENABLE CC FOR ENGLISH SUBTITLES ***

Younus AlGohar discusses the Second Coming of Jesus Christ in light of the Koran and Prophetic Traditions.

Summary:

- According to the Koran, Jesus Christ was ascended physically to the higher realms by God. He will have to descend on Earth because his body was meant for Earth. Death only occurs in the Terrestrial Realm; if something leaves the Terrestrial Realm and ascends to the higher realms, it cannot die.

Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said, ‘I am the City of Knowledge.’

- The Koran is one aspect of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) because it was revealed onto his heart. He understands it best. Therefore, you should consult Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) because the Koran is not separate from Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). There are many things which were not discussed in the Koran, but which Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) addressed - such as Jesus Christ’s return. The ultimate source of knowledge is Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), not the Koran.

Koran 53:3-4 says, ‘Not a single word passes from his lips out of his own desires. Rather he [only] utters the divine revelation.'

- So this verse means, 'O' Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), when do you ever move your lips except for when the divine revelation is revealed?' According to this Koranic verse, even if Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) asks for water, you must consider it to be the Koran. One type of divine revelation comes from the higher realms, however, Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)) also had God’s presence within him which spoke through him. That presence of God could have said, 'Bring me water.'

Koran 59:7 says, 'O' Devout Believers, take whatever Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) gives you. And quit whatever he forbids you to do.'

- So Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said that Jesus Christ will return; you have to accept it otherwise you are not a Muslim.

- Jesus Christ was already a prophet before the advent of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in the world. His return does not affect the Finality of Prophethood because that only applies to new prophets. No new prophets or messengers shall come after Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said to his nation, 'How eminent must you be [as a nation] when I, Mohammad, am here at your commencement and Jesus Christ and Imam Mehdi are at your culmination.'

Nafs e Mutmainna: Maqam e Radhia Mardhia

*** ENABLE CC FOR ENGLISH SUBTITLES ***

Younus AlGohar elaborates on the final stage of the Lower Self, the Contented Self, and explains the Station of Radhia Mardhia (Your Will is My Will, My Will is Your Will).

Summary:

'O' you who has the Contented Self, I am pleased with you. Become pleased with me.' - Koran 89:27-28

- Up until the stage of the Inspired Self, one is a Devout Believer. They can reach this stage through their own efforts: by performing spiritual austerity and invoking God’s name. The Contented Self is awarded at the Station of Sainthood and cannot be attained through one’s own efforts.

-  One only reaches the stage of the Contented Self when God wishes to befriend them. When God wishes to befriend somebody, he sends his theophanies upon their Spiritual Heart, changing it from Muneeb (The Heart Turned Towards God) to Shaheed (The Witnessing Heart). At the same time, the Lower Self comes under those theophanies and changes from the Inspired Self to the Contented Self. Without the divine theophanies, the Lower Self cannot become the Contented Self.

- God is only content with the Contented Self because he knows that his theophanies, which will fall on the saint 360 times a day, will not allow the Lower Self to stray towards mischief. The reason God is not content with somebody who has an Inspired Self or Blameworthy Self is because if they were to get lazy in their efforts, the state of their Lower Selves could easily decline to an earlier stage.

-  Right before one is granted sainthood, they go through a final test. That test is carried out by Khidr and it may last one year or three years. During that time, the aspirant’s patience is tested in a multitude of ways: for example, God might take their children, parents or health from them. If they are happy with God’s will, they pass the test. That is when the pact of Radhia Mardhia is made.

- According to the pact of Radhia Mardhia between God and his saint, the saint has to do whatever God says and God will do whatever the saint says regardless of the divine law. God made this pact with His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi, so God asked HDE Gohar Shahi to keep certain Predestined Hell-bound Souls with Him, He obliged. And when HDE Gohar Shahi asked God to change the fate of certain Predestined Hell-bound Souls, God obliged too.

Rouhon Ka Ilaj: Quran Ki Roshni Mein

Younus AlGohar’s comprehensive explanation of Koran 10:57 in light of his vast spiritual insight.

Summary

‘Instructions from God have come to humankind. A cure has come for the illness of [the subtleties of] the chest. And guidance and Rehmat (sainthood) for the Devout Believers.’ - Koran 10:57

- Two things mentioned in this verse are for common people and two things are for the Devout Believers. God addresses the common people and tells them that he has sent instructions and the spiritual cure for the souls in their chests that are ailing. Whereas for the Devout Believers, he has sent guidance and sainthood.

- Where is the spiritual cure that God mentioned in Koran 10:57? People say that it is in the Koran - but where? The Muslims are divided into 73 sects and they have been unable to find the spiritual cure in the Koran. God sent the spiritual cure for common people; the Devout Believers are those who are followers of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). Therefore, it means that the non-religious people would also receive divine grace from Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and receive spiritual healing. The Koran provides healing effects when it has settled in somebody’s heart.

- The meaning of Rehmat in God’s eyes is the cleansing of sins. The Nazar-e-Rehmat (The Divine Merciful Glance) burns the sins and so do the common form of mercy. When you recite the Darood Sharif, God sends 10 'Rehmat' upon you, meaning that he cleanses 10 of your sins. The difference between Nazar-e-Rehmat and the mercy received from Darood Sharif is that Nazar-e-Rehmat will burn away the Great Sins whereas the mercy from Darood Sharif will burn your Lesser Sins. You only get the Nazar-e-Rehmat in the company of saints.

- So the Koran is saying in Koran 10:57 that those who have the Koran stored esoterically in their heart will benefit the Devout Believers who sit in their company. The Devout Believer’s Great Sins will start to be burnt when they sit with such people.

Wilayat Ki 3 Iqsam

Younus AlGohar explains the difference between the Kamil Hayat, Kamil Mumaat and Kamil Zaat saints. He reveals which type of saint can come to your aid when you call them.

Summary:

- There are three types of saints: Kamil Hayat, Kamil Mumaat and Kamil Zaat.

- The benevolence of a Kamil Hayat is only rendered during his lifetime. His sainthood is of the body. His subtleties will remain in his grave when he dies, but they will not grant grace to anyone because they are not the things which have been granted sainthood. After his demise, his shrine will not bless anybody. A Kamil Hayat is able to revive the Spiritual Heart with God’s name within a maximum of 7 days.

- The Kamil Mumaat are those who become saints after their demise. Shah Abdul Bhittai was one such saint; at the time of his demise he was not a saint, but his spiritual training continued and he reached sainthood 100-150 years after his physical passing. The divine theophanies fall upon the graves of the Kamil Mumaat saints, turning their graves into saints. You can only receive benevolence from the Kamil Mumaat when you visit their graves. A Kamil Mumaat can revive your heart within a maximum of 3 days.

- A Kamil Zaat saint can revive your heart within a single merciful glance. A Kamil Zaat is one whose body and souls are under the divine theophanies. He renders benevolence in the world and afterwards too.

- When you have received the message and blessings of Imam Mehdi, you need not search anywhere else for a Spiritual Guide. If your so-called Spiritual Guide does not even tell you about the divine gift that is the Opening of the Spiritual Heart (Zikar-e-Qalb), he is not a true Spiritual Guide. A true Spiritual Guide does not die without taking the disciples to their destination. Many people today become disciples of pseudo-Sufis and spend years serving them without thinking about what they are meant to obtain from the Guide. Such people are at fault just as the pseudo-Sufis are.

- HDE Gohar Shahi said that if a pseudo-Sufi and he has one disciple, he is the murderer of that person’s 16 entities. If he has 1000 disciples, he will be known on the Day of Judgement as a murderer of 16 000 creatures.

7 Aasman Aur Aalimeen

Younus AlGohar breaks down the makeup of the Terrestrial Realm, Angelic Realm and the Realm of Jabrout (which hosts the Realm of Souls and Bait ul Mamour) in this enlightening lecture.

Summary:

- There are not seven skies, but rather seven different universes. Our entire solar system is part of one universe: the Terrestrial Realm. All the planets in this realm are moving in their own orbits - this includes Jupiter, Saturn, Mars, Earth, the Sun, etc. What we know as stars are actually rocks which have absorbed photons from the Sun’s rays; the photons cause them to light up. The blueish fog we see as our ‘sky’ on Earth is the same fog you would see from Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, etc. God sent human beings to inhabit seven planets in this solar system; they would be sent to paradise or hellfire depending on whether they did good deeds or bad deeds.

- The Angelic Realm is the next realm after the Terrestrial Realm. Its sky is a yellow fog. There are fourteen planets in the Angelic Realm - seven for paradise and seven for hellfire. Each level of paradise and hellfire is its own planet. After the Day of Judgement is over, if you have a Secured Heart (Qalb-e-Saleem) - since the Spiritual Heart is related to the first level of paradise, Khuld, it will automatically pull you towards that planet: this is known as the Pul-e-Siraat. You would travel with the power of your enlightened Spiritual Heart, which would cross the orbit of Khuld without resistance.

- The Realm of Jabrout is beyond the Angelic Realm. There are multiple planets in this universe. The Realm of Souls is a planet in the Realm of Jabrout which hosts all the human souls which have yet to be sent down into the world. Alam-e-Barzakh (The Realm of Purgation) has two smaller planets which are known as the waiting rooms to paradise or hellfire respectively: Sijiyeen and Illiyeen. Bait ul Mamour (The Esoteric Kaaba) is also a planet in the Realm of Jabrout which is where all the souls worship.

- There are esoteric highways for people travelling to the higher realms. They must first fully revive and enlighten their soul and be approved by their Spiritual Guide before they can travel on a particular highway. There is one highway, white in colour, which leads directly to the Realm of Divine Oneness (Alam-e-Ahdiyat); it is reserved exclusively for those who have Tifle-e-Noori (a supreme entity from God known as the Body of Divine Light). His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi sent the souls of some of His followers on the highway of the Tifl-e-Noori with ease. These highways are known as ‘Sabeel’ in the Koran - as in Koran 2:154.

- There are many other universes beyond the aforementioned realms which also have multiple planets. One cannot pass the Realm of Jabrout without an intermediary. People who possess a sub-spirit of their Spiritual Guide can travel beyond the Realm of Jabrout because the sub-spirit aids them in their journey.

Islam Mein Darhi Ka Hukam Kiyon Aaya?

Muslim scholars recently issued a joint fatwa (religious opinion) stating that growing a beard is obligatory upon all Muslims so that they do not resemble the non-Muslims, as instructed by the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). But does this mark of distinction still apply in this day and age, where growing a beard has become part of men’s fashion regardless of religious affiliation?

Summary:

- Neither Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) nor God wish for us to be complete idiots who blindly believe in anything they are told. You are responsible for your own grave and God has granted you some level of intellect which he expects you to use. Shoulder the responsibility of your own religiosity and use your common sense when you do. There is nothing illogical in Islam, there is a reason behind everything.

- Many of the Customs of the Prophet related directly to the particular time it was practised. At the time of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), the Arab Jews used to grow their moustaches and shave off their beards. So Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) advised the Muslims to do the opposite: grow their beards and shave their moustaches as a mark of distinction. However, this identifier became invalid when the hypocrites infiltrated the ranks of the Muslims. Even if you were to grow a beard, it would no longer serve the purpose it was intended for. In modern times, people grow beards who don’t even follow a religion.

- Many Customs are no longer applicable. For example, Tayammum is the act of dry ablution with sand. This was allowed because travellers in Arabia would go on long journeys where they would not have water for miles. However, it is not permissible when you are sitting in your home on a cold day and decide to do Tayammum with sand because you don’t want to get wet.

‘Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) has the best of characters.’ - Koran 68:4

‘Verily! Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is an excellent example for you…’ - Koran 33:21

- To have a good character is a timeless Custom. This is a Custom of the Prophet that you can follow in today’s day and age. You have to form your character in accordance to the example of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), but you don’t know how. Before you focus on the Customs through which the world might recognise you as a Muslim, turn your attention towards the Customs which make you a follower of the Prophet in the eyes of God: enlighten your heart. God says that he neither looks at your bodies nor deeds, but rather shining hearts and the intentions therein.

‘My eyes sleep but my heart does not sleep.’ - Prophetic Tradition

- What Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) meant was that his heart is always engaged in the invocation of God’s name.

Darood Sharif Ki Fazilat

Younus AlGohar explains the meaning of ‘Rehmatallil Alameen (Blessings Upon the World)’, a title given to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). He also reveals the real reason God instructed the Muslims to send benedictions upon Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

Summary:

- There are different sources of information. You may find that information in books, in the Koran, in the Prophetic Traditions or even the Spiritual Guide. There also comes a time in spirituality where one reaches the Guarded Tablet and receives information directly. Whatever I have heard from His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi, I relay it verbatim without any additions from my side. If I were to tamper with His words, it would mean that I have nothing to do with Him.

- God separated the timeline of this world into three separate eras: the Age of the Prophets, the Age of Blessings and the Age of Rapturous Love. We are in the last episode of the world. In the Age of the Prophets, people would worship and this would determine whether they would enter paradise of hellfire. The Age of Blessings was the era of the saints and it was known as the Age of Blessings because divine theophanies (Nazar-e-Rehmat) would befall the saints. Those sitting in the company of those saints would also reap the benefits from the divine theophanies.

- The word ‘Rehmat’ has completely different meanings depending on whether you are talking about it linguistically, religiously, practically or in terms of spirituality. Linguistically, it means blessings. Practically, it cleanses you of the Great Sins you may have committed. Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is known as ‘Rehmatallil Alameen (Blessings Upon the World)’ because saints in his nation would cleanse the world of the Great Sins.

- Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was extremely happy when Gabriel brought the verse of the Koran which advised the Devout Believers to send benedictions upon the Prophet (PBUH). The reason for this happiness was because it would serve to cleanse the sinners of their sins; God had promised to send blessings upon those who sent the benedictions.

- His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi declares that those who send benedictions upon Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), the lifespan of their Spiritual Heart is extended even if they don’t obtain the Opening of the Spiritual Heart before the age of 40. The act of sending benedictions upon the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) preserves the life of your Spiritual Heart.

Salat Ka Kya Matlab Hai?

Younus AlGohar provides an in-depth definition of Salat and its practical applications at the request of a viewer.

Summary:

Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said, ‘There is no Salat without the presence of the heart.’

- The root word of Salat is ‘Sal’ which is borrowed from the Suryani language. Sal means ‘to link/to connect/to make a liaison.’ Just as you cannot establish a telephone connection without having a working phone, you cannot establish Salat without the involvement of the Spiritual Heart.

‘Whether you use the name Allah, Rehman or any other name for God, all of God’s names are good. However, whenever you establish a link with your Lord, you don’t need to say it loudly.’ - Koran 17:110

- Before the Night of Ascension, the word ‘Salat’ was mentioned in the Koran. God told Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) to establish Salat - meaning to stay linked to God - no matter what name of God he used. The Koran 108:1-3 also used the word ‘Fasal’, telling Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) to establish and maintain his link with God.

- In the pre-Islamic era, there were 360 idols in the Kaaba which the Infidels of Mecca used to worship and revere. They would prostrate before the idols and when they were asked what they were doing, they would say that they were establishing a link with their Lord. The word they used to use to describe this was Salat. The counter-narrative from God on this matter was the revelation of the five time’s prayer, Salat. Many things in Islam were adopted from the pre-Islamic era. Salat simply means, ‘the worship which connects you to God.’ Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) used to establish a link with God before and after the Night of Ascension.

‘Protect that which lies between your ribs [and connects you to God, your heart].’ - Koran 2:238

- On the Night of Ascension, Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) went to see God but he was told to wait because God at the time was in Salat - meaning that he was in contact with somebody

‘Establish a link with me (Salat). If you want to establish a link with me, engage in the invocation of my name.’ - Koran 20:14

Nafs Ki Iqsam

*** ENABLE CC FOR ENGLISH SUBTITLES ***

Younus AlGohar explains the difference between Nafs-e-Ammarah (Commanding Self), Nafs-e-Lawamma (Blameworthy Self) and Nafs-e-Mulhima (Inspired Self).

Summary:

-  Coming out of the state of the Commanding Self is crucial. People used to engage in loud chanting of the Motto of Faith after performing Salat; this would improve the state of their Lower Self, eventually bringing it into the state of the Blameworthy Self.

The Koran 12:53 says that the Commanding Self compels you to do bad.

- Even when you don't feel like sinning, if you have a Commanding Self, it will come under waves of passion during which you will be compelled to sin. If you have a Commanding Self, you feel content having sinned; this is a sign of recognition for the Commanding Self. You are content when you have troubled, harmed or hurt others.

- The sign of recognition for the Blameworthy Self is if one happens to sin, then he regrets it afterwards. He feels shame and blameworthiness. He thinks, 'I should not have done it.'

- One with an Inspired Self doesn't feel much of a craze or passion to sin. But sometimes the circumstances are such that they feel inclined to sin. He feels he is vulnerable in that moment. That is when, spiritually, he receives a message from his Spiritual Guide. He sees his Spiritual Guide's face and it saves him from sinning. An Inspired Self does not allow you to commit a sin. When the Spiritual Guide comes to know that his disciple is about to commit a sin, then the Spiritual Guide will send a message to the disciple and the invocation in their heart will speed up as a result. This is how they will be prevented from sinning.

Aaj Ke Dor Mein Murshid Kese Talash Karen?

How do you find a true Spiritual Guide in today’s day and age, especially when there are so many pseudo-Sufis who have only taken the guise of Spiritual Guides to take people’s money?

Summary:

- The problem with Muslims today is that they do not have the criteria to recognise a true Spiritual Guide. They worship and recite the Koran but they are unable to find the right path. There are two aspects of Sharia: outer and inner. The Muslims have confined themselves to the outer Sharia and do not turn their attention to the inner Sharia, which would purify their Lower Selves. Sectarianism is rampant and the Muslims have developed a very close-minded attitude towards the religion. When they are unable to recognise true Spiritual Guides, how will they recognise Imam Mehdi?

- The world is very strange. Pseudo-Sufis who are only after people’s money will have millions of followers. In contrast, people are so quick to criticise and disrespect those who give them the practical criteria through which they can recognise a true Spiritual Guide and enlighten themselves. The reason why Muslims are in such a terrible state is largely due to the religious clerics, who have projected such a twisted, superficial understanding of the religion to the public.

Koran 39:22 says, ‘One who has obtained Shahr-e-Sadr (Opening of the Chest) with God’s Personal Name for Islam shall receive divine energy from his Lord.’

- The people who recite the Koran are unaware that Shahr-e-Sadr is the core of Islam. Ask those claiming to be Spiritual Guides to grant you Shahr-e-Sadr, because this is something only a Spiritual Guide can do. No religious cleric or pseudo-Sufi can do this. True Spiritual Guides will, in the first instance, insert God’s name and divine energy in your heart. They will not ask you about how much you worship before they do this.

‘Do not follow those whose hearts I have kept heedless of my remembrance.’ - Koran 18:28

- Ask the religious clerics for proof of their hearts being engaged in God’s remembrance. If their hearts are heedless of the invocation of God’s name, then how would they grant the invocation of God’s names to others? You will not recognise a true Spiritual Guide until you know why you need one - and the reason you need a Spiritual Guide is to obtain Shahr-e-Sadr.

‘Verily! I have sent a model to follow in the guise of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) for those who seek me, [have hope] in the Day of Judgement and who engage in my remembrance abundantly.’ Koran 33:21

- The people who seek God are advised to follow Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and try to become like him. The job of the Spiritual Guide is to ensure that happens. Koran 33:21 is like your charter - if you follow Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), you will obtain everything mentioned therein. To follow the Esoteric Customs of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), you need a Spiritual Guide who will connect you spiritually to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

- A true Spiritual Guide will insert the Motto of Faith that you recite verbally into your heart. He will make your heart invoke upon God. One who does that is your Spiritual Guide.

Zikar Allah Kya Hai?

*** ENABLE CC FOR ENGLISH SUBTITLES ***

Younus AlGohar explains what Zikar Allah (Invocation of God’s name) is at the request of a viewer.

Summary:

'The obligation of Zikar Allah comes before all other obligations.' - Prophetic Tradition

- Repeating God's name over and over is the invocation of God's name (Zikar). It is greater than Salat and it is the foremost obligation in the religion. Obligations are either temporary or eternal. Salat is a temporary obligation and Zikar is an eternal obligation.

God said in Koran 4:103 that you must stay engaged in God's invocation while sitting, standing and even sleeping.

A Prophetic Tradition states those who fail to fulfil the eternal obligation, their temporary obligations are not accepted either.

- There are many forms of worship but the invocation of God is God’s favourite. God particularly enjoys it when a human being in the Terrestrial Realm has engaged his heart in invocation of God’s name and the voice of his heart echoes in the Empyrean of God. When the sound of the invocation reaches up there but the one invoking upon God is unseen, the angels ask God, 'Whose voice is this?' God says smugly, 'This is the voice of the human being whom you refused to prostrate to.'

- Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) told a gathering of Companions including Umar-e-Farooq and Abu Bakr Siddiq, ‘When you see the Gardens of Paradise on Earth, enter and graze there.’ Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) explained that the Gardens of Paradise were the Zikar gatherings - and he advised them to participate in them. He said 'graze' because those whose inner faculties are not enlightened are known as animals in spiritual circles; however, divine energy would still enter them (but not settle there) when they sat in the Zikar gatherings. So this was one way that Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was starting to give the Companions who were unenlightened spiritual knowledge.

One Prophetic Tradition states, 'Engage in God's invocation so passionately that when a hypocrite looks at you, he accuses you of showing off.'

'Engage in as passionate invocation of my name as you used to come here and praise your ancestors.' - Koran 2:200

- The Naqshbandi Sufi Order does not advise Zikar-e-Jehr, but there are many benefits to Zikar-e-Jehr. The veils of heedlessness are removed with Zikar-e-Jehr. The entire field of Zikar is linked to Sufism. People of every religions engage in invocation of God's name because Zikar is not confined to any religion - it is to do with God.

- Salat is a form of worship within the religion. No Prophetic Tradition says that the first question you will be asked on the Day of Judgement will be about your Salat.

'Neither your sons nor wealth shall benefit you on that Day. On that Day, only he shall be successful who brings with him a Secured Heart.' - Koran 26:88-89

The Koran 29:45 says, 'Salat stops you from committing bad deeds and immoral acts, whereas invocation of God's name is greater.'

Kya Auliya Se Madad Mangna Jayez Hai?

*** ENABLE CC FOR ENGLISH SUBTITLES ***

Younus AlGohar’s definitive answer in light of the Koran to a question that is hotly debated in the Islamic community: is it Shirk (appointing a partner with God) to seek help from the saints?

Summary:

‘God is your Helper, Gabriel is your Helper, the Sauliheen and the Devout Believers are your Helpers and even the Archangels are your Helpers.’ - Koran 66:4

Ever since sectarianism has dominated Islam, the sects have projected various notions. Some say it is Shirk to seek help from the saints or Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). However, this verse of the Koran demonstrates that none of that is true.

The word used in this verse is ‘Moula’ which translates to ‘one who helps.’ Moula in Arabic and Ghous in Urdu mean the same thing.

Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) isn't mentioned in this verse by name because when God says, ‘[That] God is your Helper,’ he is referring to the presence of God in Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). That God who resides in Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is your Helper according to Koran 66:4. If it were not for the word 'Hu (that)' in Arabic here, it would mean something else.

Do not for a moment believe that it is wrong or Shirk to seek help from the saints or the Sauliheen. This is the verdict given directly by the Koran.

Zikar e Qalb Kon Kar Sakta Hai?

*** ENABLE CC FOR ENGLISH SUBTITLES ***

Younus AlGohar answers a question from a viewer, ‘Who can practise Zikar-e-Qalb (Invocation of God’s Name in the Heart)?’

Summary:

According to a Prophetic Tradition, 'Zikar Allah is the foremost of all obligations.'

- Zikar is the first obligation and the First Pillar in Islam. There are two types of obligations: permanent obligations and temporary obligations. Zikar is a permanent obligation. Before Salat was brought down, all the Companions would do was Zikar.

A Prophetic Tradition states, 'Whosoever fails to fulfil his permanent obligations, God does not accept any temporary obligations he may have fulfilled.'

Koran 2:152 states,  'Practise my Zikar and I will practise yours.'

- If a Spiritual Guide stops you from practising the first Pillar of Islam, Zikar, then he is not a Spiritual Guide at all. He is a Devil. The Zikar you engage in will free you of the evil spirits and Jinns troubling you. If you have a Spiritual Guide but he forbids you from engaging in Zikar, leave him. Call our WhatsApp number  +447380315726 and obtain Zikar-e-Qalb with the blessings of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi instead.

One Prophetic Tradition states, 'Whoever engages in Zikar is living whereas whoever doesn't is dead.'

- After the Conquest of Mecca, Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) advised his Companion to progress from the Lesser Jihad to the Greater Jihad. In that same statement, Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) told them that even greater than distributing a mountain of gold for the sake of God was to engage in Zikar with the heart and Lower Self in God’s eyes. The engagement of Zikar by your heart and Lower Self will take you towards God.

- The heart is tarnished because when you sin, as a punishment, that sin is recorded in your Book of Deeds and at the same time, a black spot is placed upon your heart. With an abundance of sins, your heart becomes blackened - when that happens, no advice is effective on it. Neither the Koran nor Prophetic Traditions have any effect on it. That is when the Companions asked the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) how to cleanse the heart. That is when Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said, ‘There is a means of polishing everything that tarnishes. The polish of the heart is Zikar Allah.’

Sachi Tauba Kya Hai?

*** ENABLE CC FOR ENGLISH SUBTITLES ***

What is true repentance from sins in the eyes of God? Watch this video featuring Sufi Spiritual Revivalist, Younus AlGohar, to find out.

Summary:

'Avoid committing the Major Sins and I will forgive your Minor Sins.' - Koran 4:31

- The world we live in is full of sins. No matter how pious you are, chances are that you will sin. Any sin that has to do with your inner being is a Major Sin. Any sin that has to do with your body is a Minor Sin.

- Repentance isn't just to say the phrase, 'I won't do it again.' Rather, in reality, repentance is the act of purging the power in you which forces you to sin. God considers the act of purifying your Lower Self to be true repentance from all sins because the Lower Self is the root of evil.

- When the Lower Self starts to be purified, without you pondering over it, you regret sinning and repent over it. This is because the Lower Self changes from the state of the Commanding Self to the Blameworthy Self. The Lower Self makes you feel blameworthy. It says to you, 'What have you done?'

Koran 12:53 says that the Commanding Self will compel you, force you, to sin.

- So your promises and repentance will mean nothing if you don't pay any attention to the state of your Lower Self.  True repentance is Touba-tan-Nasooh (Nasooh's Repentance). This only happens when one becomes determined to eradicate the root of evil in them. In other words, to purify the Lowe Self. Even if such a person does not verbally proclaim, 'I repent, God,' that is what he is doing practically.

Koran 87:14 states, 'Verily, he shall be successful who purifies his Lower Self.'

Mansur Hallaj: Halool Aur Zam Mein Farq

Younus AlGohar answers the question from a viewer who asked, ‘What is Zam (Spiritual Infusion)?

Summary:

- There is just a slight difference between Wahdat and Zam? Wahdat is akin to two individuals embracing each other (unity) whereas Zam is when the realities of both individuals to fuse together.

- The Stage of Wasl is when one of the sub-spirits of the heart is replaced with an entity from God. There are three sub-spirits of the heart which take up three separate chambers within the heart. According to God’s law, the sub-spirits have to be removed first in order for a divine entity to take its place in those God chooses.

- The heart is like a rotating wheel. It changes positions like clockwork. The position of the heart’s sub-spirits changes every so often. The voice of the sub-spirit which faces the Akhfah is heard when a person speaks. When the divine entity in the heart faces the Akhfah, God speaks through that person.

- When Mansoor Hallaj reached the stage of Wahdat, he got the impression that God had dissolved into him. However, this is not possible because God chose oneness for himself. What happened was that God spoke through him when the divine entity in his heart was positioned towards the Akhfah - and during that moment, he said, ‘I am God.’ After his spiritual state changed, he misinterpreted what had occurred and declared that God had dissolved in him. The thought that God and he had been merged in such a way was not possible and fell under the category of Shirk (appointing a partner with God). Mansoor Hallaj was a divine lover and accepted by God, but because of this incident, it was necessary that he be awarded punishment so as to deter any future imposters hoping to emulate Mansoor Hallaj in the future.

- Zam is when an individual from the Unseen World comes on Earth and places one of his Reflections in your body. When the Reflection enters the body, it annihilates all your subtleties and embraces your Main Soul. Then your Main Soul and the Reflection mix in such a way that the two become inseparable. The result is a being that can neither be called man nor God. Then when you speak, people will think it is the Lord who is speaking; when the Lord speaks through you, people will think it is you who is speaking. Once you go through Zam, you ‘die’ on paper and you will not go through the Day of Judgement or torment of the grave.

Zikar e Qalb Se Nafs Ka Kya Haal Hota Hai?

*** ENABLE CC FOR ENGLISH SUBTITLES ***

Younus AlGohar explains how to tell the difference between Nafs-e-Ammarah (Commanding Self) and Nafs-e-Lawamma (Blameworthy Self) for the novices in spirituality.

Summary:

- The Commanding Self compels you to do bad. However, when you obtain the Opening of the Spiritual Heart with the Personal Name of God, then the Lower Self progresses from the Commanding Self to the Blameworthy Self. What changes is that your Lower Self will make you feel blameworthy after you commit a sin. You will feel regret and the desire to sin will be weakened, however, you will still sin.

- The Commanding Self is recognised by the fact that it becomes happy having committed a sin. If, rather than being happy, you feel bad having sinned, this is proof that your Lower Self is the Blameworthy Self. If you don't have the Commanding Self, then you are already halfway to salvation.

- Once your heart is awakened and divine energy enters the heart, you have to nature its growth by way of performing good deeds and worshipping. If you fail to do this, you will make slow progress in spirituality. The people who strictly follow the other requirements of the religion are the ones who obtain success on this path quickly.

Anbiya Ke Ijsam Kahan Banay?

Summary:

According to a Prophetic Tradition, God created the bodies of all the prophets with clay from paradise.

- God created Adam the Eminent One’s body in paradise with the clay from paradise. Despite being born normally, the bodies of the prophets who came after him were also created with clay from paradise. Just before a prophet would be born, Gabriel would give his mother fruit from paradise. This would serve two purposes: to introduce both divine energy and the clay of paradise into his body.

- The bodies of common people are dense in nature whereas their soul is ethereal. However, the bodies of the prophets are as ethereal as a common person’s soul. On the other hand, Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)’s body is slightly more ethereal than the souls of all the prophets.

God said to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), ‘I created the heavens and earth for your sake.’

- Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is God’s beloved. He wanted for nothing. The austerity measures that he used to take were not because he did not have enough food or wealth. Rather, he fasted often and consumed less food and drink because he wanted to avoid weighing down his highly ethereal body with the terrestrial food of Earth.

His Divine Eminence Imam Mehdi Gohar Shahi said, ‘Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)’s body was created with the Tree of Divine Light.’

- There was hardly any density in Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)’s body. Whatever density there was in his body was due to the environment he resided in. The average person’s soul reaches the Realm of Souls; however, Prophet Mohammad’s body is even more ethereal than that, therefore he can access the Realm of Souls physically. Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) has the Tifl-e-Noori (Body of Divine Light) and Jussa-e-Tofeeq-e-Ilahi (Sub-spirit of God) in his body.

- Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was escorted physically to the higher realms on the Night of Ascension, but this was merely protocol - he did not need any escort to get there. Yes, Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) did travel with Gabriel and then upon the Pegasus in paradise but he didn’t need to. When the disciples asked HDE Gohar Shahi how Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) returned on the Night of Ascension, HDE Gohar Shahi closed His eyes and said, ‘Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said, “I closed my eyes and when I opened them, I was back in my bed.”’

‘We have sent towards you divine energy and the Koran.’ - Koran 5:15

- The divine energy mentioned here is Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). There is no means of travel - no angel or Pegasus - that has more divine energy than Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

Kya Murshid Se Gunah Ho Saktay Hain?

Can a Spiritual Guide appointed by God ever commit a sin? Younus AlGohar answers definitively.

Summary:

    - All of the Prophets and Messengers are infallible. They do not sin ever. In contrast, before a man is granted sainthood, he may commit sins; he only becomes free from sins when he becomes a saint.

    - If a Spiritual Guide could fall prey to sinning, how would he guide the disciples? There is a time before being a saint when he could have sinned - because only the Prophets and Messengers are infallible. But when he has completed his spiritual training and become a saint, he no longer sins.

    - Once the Lower Self is purified and has reached the stage of Mutmaina (Contented Self), it does not cause mischief anymore. When the Lower Self - the entity in the body that pushes one to sin - is purified, one becomes free from sins.

The Spiritual Guides who do sin are not true Spiritual Guides. They are impostors.

Hum Par Kufr Ke Fatwon Ki Haqeeqat

Younus AlGohar answers a question from a viewer who asked, ‘I have been watching you for 6 months now. I know you are a Dervish and you practise Sufism. I just don’t understand why different Islamic clerics issue fatwas against you?’

Summary:

- When people asked Abu Huerra to share with them what he had learnt in the company of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), he said, ‘I obtained two types of knowledge from the Prophet (PBUH). I told you one - the outer knowledge. If I told you the other, you would kill me.’ The second type of knowledge was spirituality, which is the knowledge that turns a Muslim into a Devout Believer. It is the knowledge that enlightens the heart. Those who were deprived of this knowledge were divided into sects. History is a testament to the fact that whoever has spoken about spiritual knowledge has always been subject to fatwas of Kufr (disbelief) or been killed.

- The Commanding Self (Nafs-e-Ammarah) compels you to sin. There is no cure to Nafs-e-Ammarah to be found in the outer knowledge. However, spirituality has a cure. Sufism practically makes the heart and Lower Self (Nafs) obedient to God. Without spiritual knowledge the human instincts are not to be seen in the characters of the religious practitioners; they worship and pray and at the same time, they commit fraud and sin.

‘Woe and destruction upon those who perform Salat and yet are unaware of its reality. They are simply showing off.’ - Koran 107:4-6

Prophetic Tradition, ‘God neither looks at your body nor intentions. Rather, he looks at shining hearts and the intentions therein.’

Prophetic Tradition, ‘The truth must be declared verbally and the heart must affirm it.’

Prophetic Tradition, ‘Salat is invalid without the presence of the heart.’

- If your heart were enlightened, it would have the power to take your Salat to the Empyrean of God. However, your heart was left dark and blackened so your worship Salat never reached God. People saw you performing Salat outwardly, so they praised you - and this praise made you arrogant. One day, you looked at a non-worshipper with disgust and said, ‘I am better than him,’ forgetting that you were echoing the words of the Devil himself. It was arrogance that turned Azazeel into Iblis. Similarly, your Salat, which was invalid, destroyed your faith. In Sufism, you are taught to purify your heart first. Then when you perform Salat, your heart will take your Salat to the Empyrean of God and it will be your culmination as a Devout Believer.

- I speak on this subject because I know it is the truth. Before meeting His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi, I would perform outer Salat like everybody else. After meeting His Divine Eminence, I noticed that sometimes I would be standing and my heart would be the one performing Salat; other times, my souls would go to Bait ul Mamour. There are different types of Salat - Islam dictates that you perform Salat, but it does not specify which type. You could perform Salat with your heart, souls, sub-spirits, etc. You could offer Salat at home, in Bait ul Mamour or even before God himself. When you see God during your Salat, your Salat becomes known as Namaz-e-Ishq.

- When you go to sleep, your Lower Self is free and roams around in satanic gatherings. After it is purified, the Lower Self visits spiritual gatherings in your dreams. When its sub-spirits come out, they travel anywhere in the Terrestrial Realm. When the heart’s sub-spirits come out, they travel to the Realm of Angels. The Main Soul offers Salat in Bait ul Mamour when it is awakened.

- In Abdul Qadir Jilani’s era, 500 religious clerics issued fatwas against him. In today’s day and age, every Tom, Dick and Harry is issuing fatwas regardless of whether or not he is a religious cleric. A disbeliever is one who rejects God. A Sufi is one who negates himself to bring God’s presence within him - there is no greater Devout Believer than such a man.
