New Video: Mirza Ghalib Ki Shairi | By Younus AlGohar

Younus AlGohar discusses the poetry of Mirza Ghalib upon a viewer's request.

Ghalib's poetry is very transparent; there is no exaggeration in it, he manifested his experiences into poetry. By reading the poetry of Mirza Ghalib, one will come to understand the terms of Sufism, however, there is no spiritual benevolence to be obtained from it. However, His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi rendered His blessings upon Mirza Ghalib and Allama Iqbal.

Younus AlGohar Ka Ilm Kahan Se Aata Hai?

HH Younus AlGohar gives a detailed account of where the spiritual teachings and special knowledge come from.

Main Points:

- The knowledge dispensed is not learnt or studied from any book. This knowledge comes from His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi spiritually directly onto the heart. Therefore, every time a question is asked, the heart gives the answer.

- His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi once said to me that He dispensed the entire Koran into my heart. Due to this my heart would constantly recite the Koran throughout the day. However, along with the recitation of the Koran comes the explanations, understanding, Divine Light and the Divine creatures attached with the chapters of the Koran.

- The spiritual mechanism for speaking: a designated soul within human beings called Akhfah enables speech. Those who do not know about the Spiritual knowledge fail to understand how man becomes a mouthpiece for God; it is the Akhfah which comes under the influence of God thus God speaks through man.

- Every thought that comes to the mind will travel to the heart before it is manifested into speech by the tongue. If the heart is enlightened, that thought will render Divine Light. If the heart has the presence of the Devil, it will spread negativity no matter what. And these are the teachings of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi.

- I tell people to gain a spiritual connection with HDE Gohar Shahi because once you are under the merciful sight of His Divine Eminence your world will change forever.

Quote of the Day: What a Darkness it is to Know...

‘What a darkness it is, to know everything but yourself.’ - Younus AlGohar, Self-Awareness: A Blessing in Disguise

Sayedna Gohar Shahi Ne Shariat Aur Tariqat Ka Haqeeqi Rukh Peish Kiya

HH Younus AlGohar's lecture on the remarkable, unmatchable and marvellous personality of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi; how He rendered the secretive knowledge of Islam and Spirituality to the common public and clear-cut evidence that His Divine Eminence is The Grand God - Rab Al Arbab.

Main Points:

- His Divine Eminence has always spoken about God’s love. He openly gave the explanation of the religion of Islam that perhaps the companions of Prophet Mohammad would have heard in the secretive, non-public gatherings. In the 16 years spent in the company of His Divine Eminence, He never uttered a single word against Sharia; He never made any bold statements.

- His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi never claimed to be Imam Mehdi Himself, it was His followers that recognised Him to be the Awaited Imam Mehdi. HDE Gohar Shahi never spoke of Himself in high esteem.

- His Divine Eminence revealed the secret of the Salat of Shariat-e-Ahmedi: Salat was made obligatory after the Night of Ascension, so how did the previous 124,000 prophets and messengers offer Salat? Ahmed is the name of Prophet Mohammad's soul; the Salat for the souls is different to the Salat for the bodies.

- His Divine Eminence revealed and explain how the Koran we hold in our hands is the copy of the original Koran; the Kaaba is a copy of the original; even the Salat are a copy of the original Salat of the soul. His Divine Eminence rectified the religion and with the same token He rectified the tenets of people.

- Hazrat Ali said that 'Rab Al Arbab' would be inscribed on the thigh of Imam Mehdi. Hazrat Ali would not make such a heavy statement without verification and certainty. Therefore, it is the truth. It means Imam Mehdi is Rab Al Arbab.

- Every single thing uttered by HDE Gohar Shahi is verified by the Koran and prophetic traditions. When the secrets of the Unseen World and the Community of God were revealed by HDE Gohar Shahi, it was proof enough that He is the Grand God.

Cricket & Spirituality

Cricket is a game where every single delivery has to be played with individual planning and practice. In so many ways, cricket is very close to spirituality.
His Divine Eminence Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi said, ‘In spirituality, only those are successful who never give up.’ In cricket, it is the same.
The game is on until the last delivery is bowled. Don’t ever think that you have given up too many wickets and now it is very easy for the other team to score and reach the total. Don’t give up and lose hope; this is not how you play cricket.

The match is decided on the final delivery, not before that. It changes suddenly. When it changes, then those who are really set on the crease keep stumbling; they do not succumb to falling wickets in quick succession.
You have to keep your morale high and you must be determined. You must be prepared not to give in anything.
The key point which you must remember in every game is that whenever you have aggression and anger, don’t shout, scream or quarrel.
Make sure that you don’t waste your aggression in any verbal or physical altercation. Let it remain inside you so you turn it into performance.

Namaz Ki Adayegi Aur Us Ka Maqsad

Salat is the command of God, but what is the reason behind this command? What is the actual purpose of Salat? Find out in His Holiness Younus AlGohar’s detailed lecture.

Main Points:

- Spiritual knowledge mentioned in the Koran is actually for the entire humanity, not only for Muslims. Every single person is supposed to follow the Koran and adopt its spiritual teachings into their lives. The subject of the Koran is ‘Insan’ (Mankind); it does not mention which group of human beings.

- Koran: Salat refrains one from committing bad deeds. Therefore, Salat works as a medicine which stops people from immoral, immodest and wrong deeds as it washes away the sins; performing Salat 5 times a day became obligatory upon people. Then why is the world wrought with evil? This is because this knowledge is incomplete.

- Which Salat refrains one from the committance of bad deeds? Salat was made obligatory upon Momineen (enlightened believers). Declaration of the Kalima (declaration of faith) by tongue and verification of the heart: when the Divine Light of the Kalima enters the heart and awakens it, you become a Momin; Salat is made obligatory upon you and thereafter you generate Divine Light in your heart every time you offer Salat. Then, Divine Light stops you from committing bad deeds.

- Although all the different sects in Islam recite the same Koran, they all hold different aspects of the religion as their tenets. Although Salat is obligatory upon all of them, they do not hold the same beliefs. Sadly, they are not aware of the reality of Salat. They understand it is an obligation; they perform it but without the knowledge of why it is an obligation; their Salat does not reach God.

- God does not look at the bodies or the actions thereof, he looks at the heart and the intentions therein. And Salat becomes destruction for those who perform it without the presence of their heart. This is why His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi tells people to become Momin by practical means.

Kuntu Kanzan Makhfiyyan Ke Asrar | By Younus AlGohar

In this unprecedented lecture, HH Younus AlGohar reveals the secrets about the Hidden Treasure and the Grand God.

Main Points:

- Most people are confused when they hear our belief about His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi. On one hand we say that He is the Grand God and on the other hand we believe Him to be the Awaited Imam Mehdi appointed and anointed by God.

- Just as there are different Prime Ministers of different countries, in a similar way, there are different realms in the Unseen World. God, however, is the creator of this world only. People are unaware of the Unseen World.

- God said, 'There was nothing for except me'; the question that arises is: where was God? Was he in nothingness if nothing existed except God? God must have come from somewhere which is why he said 'I was in the Hidden Treasure'; who was he hiding from?

- The first thing God did when he came out of the Hidden Treasure was manifest his desire of being known and worshipped; he created the world and human beings.

Mustajeeb-Ad-Dua

#AskYounusAlGohar - What is a Mustajeeb-ad-Dua?

HH Younus AlGohar explains what a Mustajeeb-ad-Dua is and why it is not an important rank.

Main Points:

- A Mustajeeb ad-Dua is a rank granted by God and it means one whose prayers are answered. It is not a very high rank.

- There was a man in the era of a Moses called Billiam Baour who was a Mustajeeb-ad-Dua.

- When the nation of Moses rejected him they came to Billiam Baour and asked him to curse him in his prayers. Billiam Baour refused to do so at first but then agreed to it when they bribed him.

- Billiam Baour would visit a special place to make his prayers and as he began to curse Moses, he said his own name instead of Moses name. God heard his prayer and he became rejected.

- It's not a great thing to become a Mustajeeb-ad-Dua; it's better for you to become a man of God and come under his servitude in order to obtain his love.

- Prayers are made for your own benefits and there is no greater prayer than obtaining the love of God.

Muslim, Momin Aur Wali Mein Farq

#AskYounusAlGohar - What is the difference between Muslim, Momin and Wali?

Main Points:

- A Muslim is one who is known by the title of Sunni, Shiite, Wahhabi etc.

- A Momin (enlightened believer) is one who has Divine Light in the heart and is simply called a follower of Prophet Mohammad. A Momin loves Prophet Mohammad and all the worships a Momin carries out are full of virtue and salvation. A Momin never breaks a heart because it constantly repeats the name of God.

- Koran: A Momin is one whose heart engages in the remembrance of God while standing, sitting and sleeping.

- A saint is one in whose presence your heart begins to echo with the name of God.

Quote of the Day: Sometimes You Have to Be Kind...

‘Sometimes you have to be kind even if people are wrong, so do not go after righteousness.’ - Younus AlGohar, How to Bring Out the Best in People

The Dangers of Self-Love

Self-love will turn you into an animal. Divine love will make you a wonderful person.
Everybody has this natural admiration for oneself. It is natural, but there is a time and point when self-admiration goes to a new extreme. Then, it is so heightened and elevated that it becomes an illness.

When something is wrong with your physical organs, you detect that problem by virtue of spotting symptoms. However, not too many people pay attention on behavioural issues and cognitive issues. Spirituality has answers for all those problems.

Every form of love is intoxicating. Whether it is carnal love, monetary love, self-love or divine love, love is really addictive.
However, the most dangerous form of love is self-love. In self-love only, you harm and hurt others. You take their lives. You ruin their lives.
In divine love, in order to benefit humanity, you ruin your own life. You don’t hurt or harm anybody. If you see a hungry man, you deprive yourself of the food that is supposed to go in your stomach and give it to him. In order to help others, you give the breath you need to survive away to people. That is divine love.

Self-love is very easy and common. People don’t have to make efforts. They fall in love with themselves and they don’t even notice. There is a time when your spiritual faculties within you become blind to detect this very dangerous form of love.
An enlightened heart will never allow self-love to grow in it, because self-love is not just self-destructive — it is like a time bomb.
It will ruin friends and families. It will ruin countries. If you become a president and you suffer from the disease of self-love, you will ruin the country. If you are a powerful leader and you a sick man, and your sickness lies in self-love, maybe you will put the entire world at the brink of war.

Now is the time when we need to understand whether or not we are doing anything that might trigger self-admiration to the extreme or self-love. We have to be very careful. Self-love is unprofitable; it is only destructive.

Some ‘spiritualists’ underline the need for having self-love. They equal self-love with self-esteem. However, there is a very thin blue line between these two regimes.
Self-esteem is nowhere near self-admiration and self-love. Self-love is not healthy; it is not in the welfare of your spiritual being.
Self-love is very dangerous not just for yourself, but to those also who are around you.

Ghous uz Zaman Aur Hazoor ﷺ Ka Batni Mahekma - Rijaal ul Ghaib

#AskYounusAlGohar - What does the Esoteric Cabinet of Prophet Mohammad (saw) consist of?

Younus AlGohar's detailed description of the Esoteric Cabinet of Prophet Mohammad "Rijaal ul Ghaib - The Hidden Men".

Main Points:

- Prophet Mohammad (saw) created an Esoteric Cabinet for the sake of the salvation of his common followers. This Esoteric Cabinet consists of 360 saints who are sent down in every era; they are not directly connected to God because they are appointed by Prophet Mohammad.

- This Esoteric Cabinet is called Rijaal ul Ghaib which is loosely translated as 'The Hidden Men'; it doesn't mean these people are invisible, rather they are among you but you do not know what their spiritual rank is.

- The head of the Esoteric Cabinet is called 'Ghous' which means Helper. The job of the Ghous is to teach the followers Esoteric Sharia (religious law) which is for the purification of the Carnal Self as this knowledge is not available in any book.

- The Ghous has 3 subordinates called 'Qutub'; their job is to take the pledge of allegiance from the followers on behalf of the Ghous. Then, there are 40 Abdaal who are in charge of calculating the provisions of the entire nation. And then there are 120 Abrar as well, they are also helpers.
