Hazoor ﷺ Ka Dour-e-Saani Basoorat-e-Arzi Arwah

Younus AlGohar answers a viewer-submitted question about Prophet Mohammad and the concept of his second era mentioned in the Koran.

Main points:

- One time, Companions of the Prophet were asking Prophet Mohammad about the person of Imam Mehdi. They would ask questions about Imam Mehdi, but the replies Prophet Mohammad gave were about himself. In the end the Companions asked Prophet Mohammad, ‘O’ Messenger of God, we ask you about Imam Mehdi and you tell us about yourself. Are you going to come for a second time in the guise of Imam Mehdi?’ Prophet Mohammad simply smiled but did not say anything. This indicates that what they asked was neither completely wrong nor completely right.

- Prophet Mohammad has come in the guise of Imam Mehdi. However, there are two types of souls: terrestrial spirits and celestial spirits. Prophet Mohammad’s second coming in the guise of Imam Mehdi is through the terrestrial spirits, not celestial spirits. Learn more about the celestial and terrestrial spirits in His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi’s book, The Religion of God (Divine Love): http://thereligionofgod.com/

- The Koran 93:4 mentions that Prophet Mohammad’s second era would be better for him than his first one. Clerics think that this verse is in reference to the eras of Prophet Mohammad in Mecca and then his emigration to Medina. However, the Koran was revealed to Prophet Mohammad’s heart; God would send such revelation only if Prophet Mohammad were impatiently waiting for his conditions to be better. Religious clerics forget that Prophet Mohammad himself advised seekers of God’s love to prepare themselves for calamity and trouble.

- The Disjointed Letters mentioned in the Koran also point to this fact. The letter ‘M’ (م) in the Disjointed Letters refers to either Mohammad or Mehdi depending on whether the meaning of that set of Disjointed Letters was given to Prophet Mohammad, or whether it was kept a secret for the era of Imam Mehdi. ALMR (ا ل م ر) is one of the sets of Disjointed Letters from the latter category, in which the M refers to ‘Mehdi’ and the ‘R’ refers to Riaz.
