Faqr Kya Hai?

Sufi Spiritual Revivalist Younus AlGohar explains the 100 stages of Faqr (Spiritual Poverty).

Summary:

- Faqr itself means 'nothing'. Practically, it is to negate all else but God from one's being.

- Your subtleties are attached with different esoteric birds that fill them with vices like eternal lust, stinginess and jealousy. The Spiritual Heart is enveloped in 180 000 evil webs. The Ana is covered in three layers. To remove all these forms of godlessness from one's being is Faqr.

- The lust which comes from the Lower Self is temporary. It comes and goes. But the lust in the heart is permanent; it is stuck on your mind at all times. When the Spiritual Guide casts his spiritual concentration on the heart, he is able to burn away all of these evil webs with his merciful glance.

- When the cockerel which instills eternal lust in the heart comes under His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi's spiritual concentration, it becomes a Murgh-e-Bismil. After that you only worry about whether or not your Spiritual Guide is cross with you.

- When you have 10% divine energy, there is 90% evil energy remaining, you are at the 10th stage of Faqr. When you have adopted Faqr completely and all the godlessness leaves your being, as per a Prophetic Tradition, 'You become God'. In other words, only the presence of God remains in you. This is the 100th stage of Faqr.

Waliyon Ne Murdo Ko Zinda Kesay Kiya?

Younus AlGohar sheds light on who can restore life in people and the divine laws surrounding this rare occurrence.

Summary:


 - Saints, Prophet Mohammad and Jesus Christ restored life in people. However, the people who were revived would not live forever. A person can only be revived within 72 hours of their death because that is how long it takes for the soul to be transported to the higher realms.

 - This has happened but it is not normal practice. It is a rare occurrence. It is only performed as a final miracle by a Kamil Zaat saint when he is in the state of Divine Majesty (Jalal).

 - A woman was a disciple of Ghous Pak; her son had drowned in a boat many years prior. She insisted that Ghous Pak revive her son, but this was not possible. So Ghous Pak showed her a scene in which he raised the Lower Self of her son.

According to the saints of Prophet Mohammad's nation, it is a greater thing to restore life in the Spiritual Heart rather than the physical body. The life of the Spiritual Heart is eternal. This can only be done by a Kamil Zaat saint.

Qalb Aur Nafs Ke Darjat

Younus AlGohar elaborates on the different stages of the Spiritual Heart and the Lower Self at the request of a viewer.

Summary:

    - The states of the Nafs (Lower Self) and the Qalb (Spiritual Heart) run parallel. If the state of the Spiritual Heart changes, then the state of the Lower Self will change automatically.

    - When you obtain the Zikar-e-Qalb (Opening of the Spiritual Heart) the state of the Spiritual Heart changes from Snobar (Senseless) to Saleem (Secured). The name of God is implanted in the heartbeats, generating divine energy that spreads throughout the body. When the divine energy reaches the Lower Self, it changes from Ammarah (The Commanding Self) to Lawamma (The Blameworthy Self).

    - The Lower Self will only become Mulhima (The Inspired Self) when the Spiritual Guide forces it to recite the Kalima (Motto of Faith). This is the stage when the Spiritual Heart becomes Muneeb (Turned Towards God). This is the culmination for a Devout Believer.

    - Nafs-e-Ammarah (The Commanding Self) resembles a dog in appearance. Nafs-e-Lawamma (The Blameworthy Self) resembles a bull or a horse depending on the nature of the Lower Self. Nafs-e-Mulhima (The Inspired Self) resembles a goat.

    - When Abraham was sacrificing Isaac to God, he sacrificed the Lower Self of Isaac which resembled a goat. This is why we sacrifice goats on Eid ul Adha.


The Lower Self only becomes Mutmaina (Contented Self) when God wishes to turn you into a saint. He sends his theophanies upon your Spiritual Heart; those same theophanies transform the Lower Self. The Lower Self takes on your form and your Spiritual Heart takes on the form of your Spiritual Guide.

Khizar (as) Ka Maqam Kya Hai?

Who is Khidr and what is his rank in spirituality? Younus AlGohar answers in this brief, informative video.

Summary:

    - Khidr is neither a prophet nor saint, he is in-between. He is known as 'Naqib-e-Auliya (The Examiner of Saints)' because one of his divinely delegated tasks is to test potential saints.
   
   
    - Khidr is responsible for taking Predestined Loving Souls onto the spiritual path who have been born into an environment where they wouldn't be able to find the path the orthodox way.

    -  The Grand Messengers were each given a portion of spiritual knowledge, half of which was for them and the other half was for the saints in their nation. Khidr had spiritual knowledge which was separate from this.

    - Khidr's spiritual knowledge helped the Predestined Loving Souls in the Hindu religion (Sanatan Dharma). Krishna, Sant Kabir, Narayan Das, etc received spiritual grace from Khidr. He is known in Hinduism as Vishnu Maharaj.

Moses asked God whether he was the best scholar of his time. God replied that no, some people were greater than him. That is when God sent him to meet Khidr.

Kitab e Mubeen Kya Hai?





Younus AlGohar uses the blackboard to explain Koran 5:15 at the request of a viewer.

Summary:

'Verily! The divine energy (Noor) from God and the book (Kitab-e-Mubeen) have been delivered to you.' - Koran 5:15

- The word 'Wa' in Arabic - used in this verse of the Koran - is equivalent to the word 'and' in English. Therefore, despite what the Wahhabis project, God mentions clearly that the divine energy and the book are two separate things that God has sent.

'God misguides many and guides many.' - Koran 2:26

- The Koran was revealed unto the heart of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) by Gabriel. Similarly, the divine energy from God is also in the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)'s heart. You need both the words of the Koran and the divine energy to be guided by the Koran.

- 'Mubeen' has many meanings. In literature, it means 'lucid/explicit/fool-proof easy'. The Koran is known as 'Kitab-e-Mubeen' for Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) because he has a divinely elevated level of understanding.

- When God talks about his hands or physical features, the religious clerics don't take it to be from among the Ayat-e-Bayyinat; they think it is just a simile (Tashbeeh) because they don't think God has a form. They forget that God declared that he made man in his image.

'O' Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), it was not your hand that picked up the sand and threw it, it was mine.' - Koran 8:17

- To  understand the Koran properly, you need to establish a connection with Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) so that he can elevate your spiritual intelligence.

Noor, Neki Aur Gunah Ki Haqeeqat

'What is the reality of Noor (divine energy), Neki (good deeds) and Gunah (sins)? What is their relation to one another?' - Yasir Khan, an ALRA TV Viewer

Summary:

    - Noor is divine energy. There are two types of divine energy: the divine energy relating to God's individuality (Zaati Noor) and the divine energy relating to God's attributes (Sifati Noor). You recite the Koran but you don't know the method of producing divine energy from it, therefore you are divided into sects.

    - Just as you have to produce electricity via hydroelectric dams or kinetic energy; just as two clouds have to collide to create lightening or two stones have to strike together to produce a spark; similarly, HDE Gohar Shahi declares that to generate divine energy, the name of God has to strike against itself.

    - To awaken your souls, you need divine energy. Divine energy is the diet of souls. You can get divine energy either through the spiritual concentration of your Spiritual Guide (this is from the Station of Haqiqat) or by engaging in the invocation of God's name  (Zikar, which is from the Station of Tariqat).

'Make mention of me and I will make mention of you.' - Koran 2:152

    - When you engage in the invocation of God's name and start producing divine energy, it begins to head towards God. Then God sends divine energy towards you. When the two meet, the Habl Allah (Divine Rope) is formed.

    - When you have the Opening of the Spiritual Heart (Zikar-e-Qalb), divine energy will be constantly generated. It will circulate your body through your blood, awakening and enlightening your souls.  Sirat-e-Mutaqeem (The Straight Path) goes directly to God and it runs on divine energy.

    - By performing good deeds, you will be rewarded on the Day of Judgement. However, you will not obtain God. On the path of divine energy, you don't have to wait for the Day of Judgement; God rewards you here in this world by granting you his friendship and proximity.

Imam Mehdi (as) Ke 2 Daur

Younus AlGohar explains why Imam Mehdi will have two eras and what will happen in each.

Summary:

    - Imam Mehdi will come in the spiritual Age of Darkness in which there would be no Perfect Spiritual Guide left.

'In the end times, there will be but a few lanterns lit up - and they will be huge distances apart.' - Prophetic Tradition

    - This Prophetic Tradition refers to the fact that there will be hardly anybody with an enlightened heart.

    - The Age of Darkness is also known as the Age of Trials because of the sheer number of pseudo-Sufis and imposters who deceive people. In this era, people do not have the criteria through which they can recognise a true Spiritual Guide - let alone the true Imam Mehdi.

    - There are two eras of Imam Mehdi. In the first era, Imam Mehdi remained anonymous and prepared a group of people who could recognise Imam Mehdi and propagate Imam Mehdi; people who are unparalleled in spiritual knowledge and courage. The second era begins after the world comes to know what they can obtain from Imam Mehdi; that is when Imam Mehdi's advent will take place.

The concept of Imam Mehdi given to the West by Iran is extremely distorted. Imam Mehdi has come to connect humanity with God and implement Deen-e-Hanif (the Religion of God, a religion only the prophets would follow). Imam Mehdi's message is love and He is elevating humanity.

'Knowledge is of two types. One is the knowledge of the tongue which God has implemented as reasoning upon the progeny of man. The other type of knowledge is the knowledge of the heart which is beneficial for human beings.' - Prophetic Tradition

- Outer knowledge is the knowledge of reasoning. It deals with issues like ablution, divorce, Sharia, etc. It will convince you to accept and believe in God, but that is all. It will not render spiritual benevolence to you.

- Spiritual knowledge (the knowledge of the heart) is beneficial knowledge because through it, you can begin producing divine energy in your heart. It renders spiritual benevolence.

Bughz o Inad Se Chutkara

Younus AlGohar answers a viewer's question, 'How do we free ourselves of grudges and enmity?'

Summary:
    - Bughz in Suryani means to keep anger within while appearing to behave sweetly on the outside. Inad means enmity. These evil ailments are based on negative energy; the more you have them the more you destroy your spirits of the chest.

'One who has even the tiniest amount of arrogance in his heart is not worthy of entering paradise.' - Prophetic Tradition

    - The Koran says that it is a remedy for the Devout Believers but we don't know how to use it to heal ourselves.

'Black Seed (Kalonji) is a remedy to all ailments except for death itself.' - Prophetic Tradition

    - People may have black seeds at home but they don't know how to use it to treat their illnesses. Only people blessed by God with the knowledge of Hikmat (holistic medicine) know how to use it effectively.

'There is a polish for everything that tarnishes. The polish of the heart is invocation (Zikar) of God's name.' - Prophetic Tradition

'Salat stops you from committing bad deeds and immoral acts.' - Koran 29:45

    - People engage in invocation verbally but the vices in their hearts do not go away. They offer Salat but it does not stop them from bad deeds and immorality. This is because they don't know how to use them properly.

    - When God's name is invoked uninterruptedly, it strikes against itself 101 times, then it begins to produce divine energy (Noor).

    - We started the practice of having three Imams reciting the verses of the Koran uninterrupted, their voices overlapping 9Tarteel). This is how divine energy is produced from the verses of the Koran.

You will be free from the evil vices like grudges, enmity and arrogance when divine energy enters your heart and souls and negative energy is eliminated. This is only possible with a Spiritual Guide who cleanses your heart of the negative vices with his Spiritual Concentration and sows the seed of the Personal Name of God in the soil of your heart.

Quran Ka Utha Liya Jaana Kya Hai?

Younus AlGohar explains why Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) declared the Koran would be lifted in the end times.

Summary:

- The Koran in book form didn't exist in the era of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). It was in his heart. So when Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) said that the Koran would be lifted in the end times, he wasn't talking about the physical Koran.

'There are many who recite the Koran but there are but a few, the Mukhliseen, who recite it with their hearts.' - Prophetic Tradition

'Nobody knows this secret, but the Devout Believers appear to be orators - however, they are the Koran in reality.' - Allama Iqbal

- The lifting of the Koran in the end times simply means there would no longer be special Devout Believers who had the Koran in their hearts. Hafiz-e-Quran memorise the Koran with their mind, however the Koran does not enter their hearts.

- When there were no more people who had the Koran in their hearts, Imam Mehdi's advent took place. Now Imam Mehdi Gohar Shahi is inserting the Koran into hearts once again, reversing the 'lifting' of the Koran.

Fana Ki Taleem: Khasoosi Bayan




Younus AlGohar's comprehensive lecture on Fana Fil Allah, Fana fil Rasool and Fana fil Sheikh and their reality in spirituality.

Summary:

- A Fana fil Sheikh, in reality, is one who has a sub-spirit of his Spiritual Guide residing in his chest for three years. During those three years, his souls become like the Spiritual Guide's spirit; this is when he begins to truly love his Spiritual Guide.

- Similarly, a Fana fil Rasool has a sub-spirit of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) residing in his chest for three years. Such a person truly imitates and follows Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) as decreed by Koran 3:31. The Koran declares that God will love such people and the sins of those sitting in their company would be forgiven.

- Fana fil Allah is of two types. The first is when you witness the divine splendour and a divine theophany falls upon your heart and Lower Self, turning them into the Witnessing Heart and Contented Self respectively. This is known to qualify as Fana fil Allah but it is not true annihilation in God.

- The true Fana fil Allah are the Wasileen (Who Obtain Divine Union). They are granted either a Tifl-e-Noori (Body of Divine Light) or Jussa-e-Toufeeq-e-Ilahi (Divine Sub-spirit). When either enters the body, it embraces the sub-spirits of the Lower Self, Spiritual Heart and Main Human Soul and annihilates them. It dominates the body and brings with it its own set of divine subtleties including a Qudsi Nafs (Pure Self). A common human being has 7 subtleties and these people have 14 subtleties.

- The Sultan ul Fuqra only have Faqr (Spiritual Poverty), they do not have Ishq (Rapturous Love). The Fana fil Sheikh of Imam Mehdi will have Faqr as well as Ishq.

Tarteel e Quran Kya Hai?




Sufi Younus AlGohar explains the reason behind the sequential recital of the Koranic verses during Tilawat.

Summary:

 - When there was no concept of loudspeakers in the mosques, people would be standing in the crowd repeating the Imam's words during Salat one after the other. This was so that everybody in the crowd could hear and participate.

 - When Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) recites the Koran, multiple voices can be heard repeating the words sequentially. Those voices come from his subtleties.

 - With the Prophet (PBUH)'s permission, we are paying homage to the Mohammadan way by introducing the sequential recitation of the Koran with multiple people.

When the Koran is recited this way without any pause, the benevolence of the Koran begins to be rendered.

Isaal e Sawab Kya Hai?

Sufi Younus AlGohar explains what is Isaal-e-Sawab and how we can know it has been sent successfully to the recipient?

Summary:

- The word 'Isaal' is derived from the word 'Wasl' which in Arabic means 'to arrive'. Therefore, Isaal-e-Sawab literally means 'the arrival of rewards'.

- The correct method of Isaal-e-Sawab is to hold a gathering of Durood Sharif and recitations of Koran for the spiritual dignitaries who have passed. Not only does it bring them joy but the benefit for you is that they cast a merciful glance on you which burns away your sins.

- The main thing is for the sender of Isaal-e-Sawab to be embarked on the spiritual path and the recipient to be a Saint of God or a spiritual dignitary.

- When your heart is revived and enlightened in spirituality, you have a direct connection with God and God looks at your heart and the intentions therein.

- If the Isaal-e-Sawab is done by a common person for another common person who has died then neither the recipient nor the sender would know of its success. Therefore, Isaal-e-Sawab is only successful for those who have enlightened their inner.

Younus AlGohar answers a viewer's question about how to fast properly during the month of Ramadan.

Summary:

 - Fasts during Ramadan are like a divine relief package designed to help purify the Lower Self. The Koran says that God prescribed fasting for the Devout Believers from among Muslims - just as he did for other nations before them - to make them pure spiritually.

 - The diet of the Lower Self is negative energy (Naar) which it gets from the air we breathe, the food we eat and the drinks we consume. When we fast, we cut off the supply of negative energy coming to our Lower Self from food and drink; to nullify the negative energy from the atmosphere, we perform auxiliary worship.

'The Arabs say, "We are Devout Believers." Tell them, "You are not Devout Believers; rather you have accepted Islam and have become Muslims. Faith has not yet entered your hearts."' - Koran 49:14

'Salat will stop you from bad deeds and immorality. Whereas the invocation of God's name is greater.' - Koran 29:45

 - The Salat is not helping you because you are performing Salat without first becoming a Devout Believer. You perform Salat yet are involved in horrific moral crimes. Therefore, the Salat is destroying you.

'Woe and destruction upon those who perform Salat yet are unaware of its reality. They are just showing off.' - Koran 107:4-6

You have to first become a Devout Believer by bringing God's Personal Name into your heart. Then even when you sleep, your heart will invoke upon God. That is when you will reap the benefits of fasting and worship.

Yahood o Nasara Ka Quran Mein Tasawwur




Younus AlGohar's brief explanation of Koran 5:55 (Surah Al Maida).

Summary:

 - This verse is from the era of the Arabian peninsula where people of different religions co-existed in a single society and they had the same culture. This included the Nassara and Yahood people.

 - The Nasara (Nazareth) people have historically always opposed the prophets. They killed John the Baptist, Samson and Zachariah.

 - When Islam was introduced, people of all religions mingled with one another and behaved the same way.

The Koran 5:55 explains to Muslims that their sincere friends are firstly God, his Messenger and then Devout Believers.

Insan Konsay Khasaray Mein Hai?

Younus AlGohar explains the esoteric meaning of Koran 103:1-3, 'I swear upon the current times: all mankind is at a great loss for except those who become Devout Believers, those who perform Amal-e-Sauleha (Deeds of the Spiritual Heart), those who advise others to seek God [alone] and those who are patient.'


Summary:

 - In this verse, God is referring to the era starting with the advent of Adam the Eminent One. Spiritual knowledge was not available before Adam the Eminent One so only the human beings who failed to avail it after he introduced it would be 'at a loss'.

 - Being at a loss means that you have something but you do not benefit from it and you let it go to waste.

 - There are two stages to the rank of Ehsan: either you go to witness the divine splendour or you make yourself worthy of God looking at you. The Koran 103:1-3 refers to such people when it mentions 'those who advise others to seek God [alone].'

 - 'Those who are patient' refers to people who do not manage witness the divine splendour, but who will wait to do so on the Day of Judgement.

 - People could become Devout Believers and perform Amal-e-Sauleha during the eras of Adam the Eminent One, Abraham, Moses and Jesus; but nobody could witness the divine splendour before the advent of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

 - You have souls in your chest which can travel to their respective realms but you have no idea. You are unaware of the keys to the entire universe that are enclosed within you. If you die without reviving and enlightening them, you will be at a great loss.


'On that Day, neither your sons nor your wealth shall benefit you. On that Day, only he shall be successful who brings with him a Qalb-e-Saleem (Secured Heart).' - Koran 26:88-89

 - One who becomes a Zakir-e-Qalbi even a few moments before he dies has been exempted from being at a loss. He shall be successful on the Day of Judgement.

Will Abraham's father enter paradise or not? How do we determine where someone will end up after they die?

Summary:

 - Abraham's father was a statue-maker. He was not a monotheist. However, you cannot make any declarations as to where he will end up.

 - It will be decided on the Day of Judgement who will enter paradise or not. You cannot declare anybody to be paradise-bound or hellbound before that. It is up to God where he wants to send people.

 - Some people worship all their lives but God does not accept their worship. On the other hand, someone could be a sinner but because they kissed a saint's feet just once, God will send them to paradise.

'God is the sole owner of the Day of Judgement.' - Koran 1:4

'On that Day, salvation will be granted through God's bounty.' - Prophetic Tradition

You have no rights on the Day of Judgement. All rights belong to God.

Kya Rehbaniyat Islam Mein Haram Hai?

Is Rehbaniyat (Hermitage) prohibited in Islam? If so, why?

Summary:

 - In simple terms, Rehbaniyat means 'Priesthood'. It relates exclusively to Judaism. The word Rabbi is derived from it. A Rabbi had to shun the world.

 - A Mazhab (religion) only gives you teachings regarding your faith in God. A Deen (lifestyle) tells you how to connect with God and behave with others. Christianity an Judaism are Mazhab whereas Islam is a Deen. This is why those who became connected to God in Christianity and Judaism secluded themselves from the world - Rehbaniyat. But this was not the case in Islam.

 - Rehbaniyat is to completely seclude oneself from the world permanently. In Sufism, aspirants temporarily to the jungle for 12 years' spiritual austerity - but they return to civilisation when the time period is over. Therefore, Sufis do not practise Rehbaniyat. It is similar to how a religious cleric spends 7 years in the madrassa to train for his post.

 - There are three types of people who have completed the 12 years of spiritual austerity in the jungle: 1- Mufeed (Beneficial), 2- Mustafeez (Student), 3- Munfarid (Unique). A Mufeed is one who has witnessed the divine splendour and his intellect is intact; God appoints such a person on duty to serve humanity. Mustafeez are those who are earning spiritual benevolence and also rendering it. Munfarid are those who have such an intense relationship of rapturous love with God that they can no longer endure human company. God tells the Munfarid to stay in the jungle and not go back into the world.

- Prophet Mohammad, for the sake of solitude and to gain focus and concentration, would go to the Cave of Hira. He would stay there for three days at a time on certain occasions.

Allah Ka Khof Kya Hai?




What does it mean to be God-fearing? And does God prefer those who fear him or those who love him? Younus AlGohar explains in this brief video.


Summary:

‘I like Mohsineen (those who love me).’ - Koran 2:195

‘I am close to the Mutawalikeen.’ - Koran 3:159

- Tawakul (the root word of Mutawakileen) means ‘to be connected to God in a way that you have nothing to do with anyone else’ in Suryani. One of the effects of this is that God works through the Mutawakileen.

‘The more one has Taqwa the more respectable he is in [God’s eyes].’ - Koran 49:13

- Taqwa means to cleanse yourself of all the impurities in your body and heart with divine energy. Your Lower Self and heart are purified and your soul’s connection to God is established.

- The Devout Believers are God-fearing in the sense that they worry that God may become cross with them; it is not fear of the torment of the grave. This fear is a sign of faith.

- You are not God-fearing until you have divine energy in your heart.

‘Faith is between hope and fear.’ - Prophetic Tradition

- This Prophetic Tradition refers to the state of a Devout Believer. The changing state of a Devout Believer is like a spiritual see-saw. When a Devout Believer’s heart engages in invocation a lot, they become carefree and hopeful of God’s love. When there is a lack of invocation in the heart at any point and they sin, they become fearful that God would become upset with them.

‘Beware! The friends of God are free of sorrow and fear.’ - Koran 10:62

- The saints are those who are showered with the theophanies of God. God has guaranteed such people that he will always be pleased with them as per Koran 89:27-30. They do not have fear because their state doesn’t change like the Devout Believers.

Zahiri Gunah Aur Batni Gunah




Younus AlGohar explains the difference between Inner and Outer Sins.

Summary:

- Outer Sins do not take any form. Inner Sins are ‘live’ and they take a form. You will be held accountable for your Outer Sins on the Day of Judgement. Inner Sins like backbiting, jealousy and keeping a grudge take the form of esoteric insects which afflict your body while you live. When the proportion of esoteric insects of a particular sin reach 15% in your body, you become addicted to that sin.

- Some Esoteric Illnesses such as superstition are showered upon certain disobedient nations by God.

‘O’ Devout Believers, I shall forgive your minor sins if you refrain from the great sins.’ - Koran 4:31

‘O’ Abu Bakr, if you guarantee that you will [control] two things - your tongue and your private parts - I will guarantee your paradise.’ - Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)

- If you control your tongue, ears and eyes, you can save yourself from committing sins like backbiting, gossiping and slandering.

- Some Inner Sins such as arrogance can not be avoided until you have divine energy being produced within your heart. You will only become free of the Esoteric Illnesses which afflict the souls of your breast when you obtain Shahr-e-Sadr (Opening of the Chest).

- By sitting in the company of a saint, you can become purified because you come under the divine theophanies which God showers upon him.

- If a Friend of God curses you, you remain under the effects of his curse for 40 years. If he looks at you with love just once, you will be under its effects for 40 years.

- A Devout Believer should refrain from cursing anyone because their divine energy will be used up in this.

Sufi Silasil Ki Haqeeqat




Younus AlGohar explains the two types of sainthood and the differences between the Sufi Orders.

Summary:

- There are two types of sainthood: Faqr-e-Bakamaliyat and Faqr-e-Bakaram. Faqr-e-Bakamaliyat begins with Zikar-e-Qalb (The Opening of the Spiritual Heart) and culminates in Deedar-e-Ilahi (Witnessing the Divine Splendour). Those who reach Deedar-e-Ilahi are in Wilayat-e-Uzma; those who do not progress further than Zikar-e-Qalb are in Wilayat-e-Sughra.

- The Qadri and Chishti Sufi Orders have the concept of the seven subtleties in the body. The Naqshbandi Sufi Order do not recognise the Subtlety of Ana (in the forehead), therefore, no Naqshbandi ever managed to reach Deedar-e-Ilahi including Mujaddid Alif Thani.

- Faqr-e-Bakaram is a system of honorary sainthood set up by Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) to handle the affairs of his Nation. In every era, a panel of 360 such saints is appointed. The leader of these saints is the Ghous-ul-Zama, under whom are the Qutb, Abrar, etc. Only the Ghous-ul-Zama has Zikar-e-Qalb. None of the saints of Faqr-e-Bakaram comes under the divine theophanies or reaches Deedar-e-Ilahi.

- We do not belong to any Sufi Order. Rather, we were blessed by His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi.

‘I am the city of knowledge and Ali is its gate.’ - Prophetic Tradition

‘For whosoever I am Moula, Ali is also their Moula.’ - Prophetic Tradition

- The Naqshbandi Sufi Order traces its roots to Abu Bakr Sadiq, who is the Chief of Sharia in the Muslim Nation. The Chishti Sufi Order’s ancestral roots go back to Moula Ali who is an expert in Tariqa (Spirituality). The Qadri Sufi Order was founded by Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (Ghous Pak/Ghous-e-Azam); he revived the spiritual system of Islam in his era. Ghous Pak taught Sharia and Tariqa together and he even taught people how to reach the Station of Wasl (Divine Union) after Deedar-e-Ilahi. The Qadri Sufi Order is known in Sufi circles as the greatest Sufi Order.

- Some followers of Mujaddid Alif Thani failed to accept the eminence of Ghous Pak, so Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) expelled them from the Muslim Nation. This was when two different branches of Naqshbandis formed: the Aaliya Naqshbandi Order and the Mujaddidiya/Saifia Naqshbandi Order. Mujaddidiya/Saifi Order originates from those expelled from the Muslim Nation.

Talaq Aur Halala Ki Haqeeqat




‘My friend divorced his wife in anger. She wasn’t there when he divorced her. Please comment on this.’

Summary:

- In Pakistan, people do this and regret it later. So they go to a religious cleric (molvi) who tells them that it is okay for them to live together again despite them being divorced. This is forbidden (haram).

- In our society, we tend to think that a divorce is only valid when you say, ‘I divorce you,’ three times. However, you only say ‘I divorce you,’ once to issue a part of the divorce. It is forbidden in Islam to give all three parts of the divorce (Triple Talaq) at the same time.

- A Halal is also forbidden in Islam because your intentions are fraudulent when you do it. It is just as forbidden as deceitfully expressing your intent to perform Itikaf just so you can eat in the mosque; you can only eat and drink in the mosque when you actually perform Itikaf.

- According to Islam, if you only give your wife one part of the divorce, reconciliation is possible and permissible within 2-2.5 months of that divorce.

- You can only remarry your wife once you have divorced her three times if, naturally, she has married another man and been divorced by him too. This has to all have been done unintentionally.

Aarif Billah Aur Muarif Billah




Younus AlGohar explains the difference between an Aarif saint and a Muarif saint in this informative video!

Summary:

- There are two types of sainthood in the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)’s Nation: Aarif Billah and Muarif Billah.

- An Aarif’s sainthood relates to his body; the divine theophanies fall upon his body. A Muarif’s sainthood relates to his subtleties; the divine theophanies fall upon his souls.

- An Aarif saint physically offers Salat in the Kaaba (Mecca, Saudi Arabia) whenever it is prayer time, wherever he lives in the world. They go to the gatherings of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) physically too.

- Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) appointed Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani as the Leader of the Aarif saints. Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani is a Ghous-e-Jabrouti/Ghous-e-Azam, meaning that his rank of being a Ghous relates to his soul. He himself is a Muarif saint who was appointed as the Leader of the Aarif saints.

- The Muarif sainthood relates to Moula Ali; he is the Syed ul Auliya. Nobody can become an Aarif without Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani’s approval. Nobody can become a Muarif without Moula Ali’s approval.

- Sheikh Abul Qadir Jilani is not the Peer of Moula Ali; Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is enough for Moula Ali. Moula Ali is a Muarif saint, not an Aarif.

Hazrat Ali (as) Ka Maqam o Martaba Kya Hai?




A viewer of Sufi Online with Sufi Younus AlGohar asked, ’Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is the Leader of Prophets. He declared that for whoever he is Moula, Ali is also their Moula. Does that mean Moula Ali is the Leader of Prophets too?’

Summary:

- One’s rank and status does not necessarily indicate one’s true eminence. Sainthood and prophethood are ranks. Faqr (Spiritual Poverty) and Ishq (Rapturous Love) are the names for one’s connection with God. Many prophets, despite being greater in rank, have a lesser connection with God than some of the saints from Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)’s Nation.

- There was a Divine Lover in the era of Moses. He had a closer connection with God than Moses even though Moses, being a prophet, was greater than him in rank.

- As Muslims, you believe in all the Grand Messengers. However, you fail to respect Moula Ali - the one appointed by Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) as his helper and as a saint. Moula Ali’s connection with God and amount of Faqr is so unique that it is unparalleled by any of 124,000 prophets.

- If you have Ishq, then you don’t need a prophet nor a saint. Per a Prophetic Tradition, ‘One who becomes perfect in Faqr has the presence of God.’

- In rank, the prophets are greater than Moula Ali. However, in Ishq, Moula Ali is greater than the prophets.

Maqam e Mehmood Kya Hai?




What is Maqam-e-Mehmood (the Station of Mehmood) and who lives there? What is Bait ul Mamour?

Summary:

- Mehmood is the name of Prophet Mohammad’s Subtlety of Ana. The place where it is stationed is known as Maqam-e-Mehmood or Haqiqat-e-Mohammadi. This is the location where everybody witnesses the divine splendour. Maqam-e-Mehmood is a viewing gallery - you cannot see God without Prophet Mohammad.

- The area it is located is known as Maqam-e-Wehdat (The Station of Amalgamation/Multiplication). This is where you see God, who is in Alam-e-Ahdiyat (Realm of Divine Oneness) and obtain unison with God.

- You will be associated with your Spiritual Guide only when the divine rope is attached from his heart to yours. A Perfect Spiritual Guide is one who has been to Maqam-e-Mehmood and can take you there as well. He takes out the drop of your reality and places it in the Ocean of Divine Union (Behr-e-Wehdat).

- His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi is the Spiritual Guide who is on Earth and the Moqam-e-Mehmood circumambulates Him.

‘And we have revealed it and we shall protect it.’ - Koran 15:9

- Sidra tul Muntaha is a tree at the edge of Alam-e-Jabrout (The Realm of Souls). There are trees relating to every Grand Messenger and their subtleties in Alam-e-Jabrout. Their subtleties are outfitted in the leaves from these special trees which are made from the names of God.

- The ‘Quran-e-Maknoon’ was reserved for Imam Mehdi.
