Imam Mehdi Will Not Impose Islam Through Bloodshed

The following is the English transcript of Younus AlGohar's lecture 

Those who say, ‘Imam Mehdi will kill non-Muslims,’ are ignorant of the truth and the Koran.

It is a common misperception in Muslim circles that Imam Mehdi will impose Islam on the entire world. The concept of Imam Mehdi was given to Muslims through celestial scriptures, from God. Similarly, the concept of the Messiah in Judaism is also from celestial scriptures. If the Jews think the Messiah will impose Judaism and the Christians think Jesus shall impose Christianity, while Muslims think Imam Mehdi shall impose Islam; this causes a lot of confusion.

God has given the concept of an Awaited One in all celestial scriptures and if a Muslim thinks only Islam’s concept is correct, that person is not a true Muslim. Muslims are required by their religion to believe in all prophets, messengers and the four celestial scriptures.

Now the concept of Imam Mehdi is from God and the concept of the Messiah is also from God, therefore how is it possible that God will send Imam Mehdi to spread Islam and the Messiah to spread Judaism all over the world? Does God have a plan to wreak havoc and cause bloodshed? It just doesn’t make any sense.  

How can this concept exist in a Muslim’s mind that Islam will spread over the entire world when it is for Islam that Prophet Mohammad said,

‘Nothing would be left in the Koran for except customary recitation and nothing will be left in Islam for except its name.’  

When the Muslims conquered Mecca, it was known as the Golden Age of Islam. The Muslims had their own Islamic Sultanate but even in that era, Islam was confined to a piece of land, it had not spread all over the world. Later on, the Caliphs invaded countries and enforced Islam. However, I am completely against the act of invading and attacking another country in order to enforce your religion upon them. This is wrong. It is in direct violation of what the Koran says,

 ‘La iqra fiddeen’ [2:256]

This is often translated by clerics as: there is no compulsion in the religion. However, this is a misinterpretation. It actually means: do not do anything in the religion that makes you feel disgusted. How can you not feel disgusted, killing a 6-month old baby just because his parents did not accept Islam? This is against the principles of Islam and the Koran.

A Muslim would say that the era of Prophet Mohammad was the best and yet we know that even in the era of Prophet Mohammad the Islamic flag did not reign over the entire world.  

The Commencement of Eminence

Imam Mehdi shall be greater in eminence and possess more knowledge than Adam Safi Allah; how can any Muslim attribute violence and bloodshed to Imam Mehdi?  

The most important point to note is that when God was creating Adam Safi Allah, the angels objected. The angels suspected that he would again cause mischief and bloodshed. They said to God, ‘Are we not enough to glorify you and sing your praise?’ God’s argument in response was that this time he was going to give Adam the Knowledge of Eminence. [Koran 2:30]
  

Those sects in Islam who claim that Imam Mehdi will use the power of his sword to impose Islam on the entire world, I have a question for them: has Islam not always been subjected to bloodshed?

In order to eliminate bloodshed from the nature of man, God granted Adam the Knowledge of Eminence; it simply means Muslims do not know what the Knowledge of Eminence really is nor do they understand what is written in the Koran. How can it be that Imam Mehdi will possess this Knowledge of Eminence, which was given to eliminate bloodshed and at the same time he will cause bloodshed and kill all who do not accept Islam? How can good and evil coexist together?

Adam Safi Allah was given the minimum knowledge of how to generate divine light from the name of God. Imam Mehdi will not only possess the knowledge that was given to Adam, He will also possess and dispense the knowledge of how to obtain enlightenment from the sub-spirits of God (Jussa Taufeeq-e-Illahi/Tifle Noorie) and He will even dispense the knowledge with the help of which one will be able to see God (Deedar-e-Illahi) and the method by which one can come under the theophanies of God.

God has invested all his special powers and authority within Imam un Mubeen [Koran 36:12].

Imam un Mubeen (The Elusive Imam) means the one who does not have to be searched for; His grandeur and majesty is such that it speaks for itself. People will be humbled before him and compelled to believe that only He can be the Imam un Mubeen. Those who still maintain to reject Him, despite seeing all the signs, are those whose eyes are blind and heart is blind.  

There are 27 Haroof-e-Mukatiyat (The Disjointed Letters). All prophets and messengers together only brought down the knowledge of 2 letters and Imam Mehdi shall bring down the remaining 25. How much knowledge that must be! Adam’s eminent knowledge was merely a pinch of knowledge compared to the knowledge Imam Mehdi shall dispense. Imam Mehdi is dispensing the secretive knowledge of God (Ilm-e-Ladduni).

Those who think Imam Mehdi shall pick up the sword are not only blasphemers of Imam Mehdi; they are blaspheming and rejecting the Koran, Prophet Mohammad and God. Can any cleric legitimately say that according to Islam, one who is involved in bloodshed will go to heaven? Only those are involved in bloodshed who do not possess the Knowledge of Eminence. In other words, one who is involved in bloodshed in the name of God/religion is trying to prove God wrong. Those who have obtained this Knowledge of Eminence only spread peace, love and connect people with God.  

Prophet Mohammad did participate in wars, however, not a single infidel died from his sword. In those days, the Arab mentality was such that the weapon was seen as a man’s power. According to the mentality of the people at the time, had Prophet Mohammad not held a sword, they would have seen him as a coward. However, Prophet Mohammad never killed anyone.

God sent Prophet Mohammad down as a mercy upon all mankind. [Koran 21:107]

Prophet Mohammad even said, ‘If I had used a sword, would all my teeth have broken?’ When the infidels in Ta'if sent mad dogs after the Prophet and his shoes were full of blood, Gabriel asked, 'Shall I join the two mountains so that they may be destroyed?’ Prophet Mohammad said, ‘No, I have not come to harm anyone; I have come as a blessing for all.’  

If God gave Adam the Knowledge of Eminence to eliminate bloodshed, he must have given Prophet Mohammad something even greater; so that neither Prophet Mohammad nor those who were in the physical and spiritual company of Prophet Mohammad would have the urge to cause bloodshed.

All religions allow one to hold a weapon in self-defence, provided you are being attacked by the enemy. However, there is no religion that allows you to use a weapon to enforce your religion upon others. Therefore, having this conjecture for Imam Mehdi is utterly blasphemous.

Imam Mehdi will not kill any Christian or Jew. The message of Imam Mehdi is love and the knowledge Imam Mehdi is dispensing is far greater than the Knowledge of Eminence granted to Adam Safi Allah.  

Mankind's Rise to Eminence

How extra-celestial beings changed the course of human history.

There are three periods in human history. In the religious circles, it is commonly believed that in total, God sent 124 000 different messengers and prophets. Out of them, 14 000 were only Adams. In the theosophical circles of Abrahamic faiths - Judaism, Christianity and Islam - the scholars understand that there was only one Adam, but they do not know how to justify it.

The First Period: The Adams

Now we’re living in the scientific era. We never had the type of transportation that we have today in the past. We have aeroplanes, motorised boats, etc. We can now travel by sea, air and land. Everything has become so advanced and travelling has become so easy and comfortable. However, in the olden times, travelling was a nightmare.

Christopher Fernandez was a Spanish, Christian leader. He sent a man called Christopher Columbus on a journey. The idea was to discover a land where they could establish a Christian kingdom. Spain comes from the word ‘Usman’ which we call ‘Ottoman’ in English. The words ‘España (Spain)’ and ‘Hispanic’ are derived from it. Christopher Columbus was able to make a boat with an automatic motor and go far out into the sea.

He was looking for any barren land when he arrived at the soil that we call the United States of America today. The only people he bumped into there were the Native Americans. Because they had dark complexions, he thought that perhaps they were Indians, so he thought that he arrived in India. He was the first to arrive from across the Atlantic, but people still lived in America before he arrived.

If it was only one Adam who came, then it would become a mystery how the progeny of one Adam dispersed itself and scattered into so many different islands and remote places of this world. Some people live in the mountains, in igloos; their nature and culture are different.

So there was not just one Adam; 14 000 Adams were sent. Human beings have inhabited this world for millions and millions of years. For that enormously long period of time, God had only seen people who would worship him in their worship places. These people did not know anything about God’s love or the existence of celestial realms where, other than them, different types of creatures inhabit.

In terms of knowledge and understanding of the cosmos, their intelligence was zero. They couldn’t think of anybody else for except themselves. Even today, we do believe there are angels and genies, but we haven’t seen them with our naked eyes. A majority of people haven’t seen angels walking [in the world]. However, we believe it because we have been told of their existence by trustworthy individuals [that we know to be saints of God].

So for as long as the common man existed in this world, who didn’t know about divine love, God had been experimenting [with] different species of humankind. He made many different types of human beings. Sometimes, he would change the colour of their skin. Sometimes, he would change their height. However, the culture of hatred was pretty much persistent. Their hateful culture of killing each other never perished.

In the end, maybe 6500 years ago - that is pretty close in comparison to millions of years since the inhabitation of humankind on Planet Earth - God, as it has come to our knowledge, got bored with the kind of worship and culture that human beings carried for that long. Then he decided that now was the time for him to upgrade human beings in character and in spirituality.

Prophets who gave the world an insight into the future - which we normally call prophecies - these kinds of prophets were not there in the era [pre-existing the last Adam]. The first time a prophet was introduced in this world with the ability to foretell the future was only 6500 years ago.

Before that period of time, the human heart and soul were barren. There was no sign of spiritual cultivation because there was no seed of love. So they lived in complete oblivion and darkness of ignorance.

They lived in ignorance about themselves, God and the cosmos. They didn’t know anything about their surroundings or the sky; they didn’t know anything about any extra-terrestrial, celestial or extra-celestial realm.

Then, about 6500 years ago, God decided to open up a little and allow human beings to be in contact with the other side of the world for the first time in human history. That was a wonderful mark of the divine exuberance and excellence.

Whoever was able to obtain this type of knowledge and be in contact with the other side of the world must have felt very lucky and [excited]. Such people must have felt privileged because they never heard that any human being could be in contact with the other side of the world.

Then came this radicalised message: love God. Don’t forget that for many million years, nobody heard such a message. It took them by storm.

They would say, ‘You don’t even see God and you want to love him? How?’ That was the very first divine inspiration. Before this, they would only go to worship places and [pay homage to their respective forms] of God, because they didn’t know anything.

The Second Period: The Last Adam

Then the last Adam, ‘Adam the Eminent One’, came. The first thing which was almost impossible for [people] to digest spiritually was to relate to the last Adam who was created in Paradise and then descended onto Earth. He was different in nature, character and complexion from them; even the nutrients he would eat [were different]. The initial thought that crossed their minds was, ‘He came from above the skies. He must be a son of God.’

Now, when we talk about the first divinely ordained and anointed Adam, with the knowledge of eminence - the knowledge of spirituality which connects man with God - we involuntarily assume that every single person in that era of Adam was blessed with this knowledge. This is where we go wrong.

Not even in the era of Abraham was everybody blessed with his presence, love and the knowledge he was parting with. After Abraham, Moses came; he was a Grand Messenger with the divine majesty hovering around his face. [However,] not even in the era of Moses was everybody blessed with that knowledge.

Then came Jesus. Jesus is a little different in that he was only given 33 months of ministry. Do not forget: other prophets and messengers spent years and years [spreading their message]. Adam lived for 931 years, Abraham was over 125 and Moses spent a lot of time among people. Jesus’s ministry did not even last three years.

Muslims talk about the grandsons of Prophet Mohammad; they commemorate their sorrow and how brutally they were killed in Iraq. They talk about the torment they went through of thirst, hunger and fear. However, nobody - not even Christians - talks about the turmoil and hardship Jesus had to face.

Firstly, Jesus didn’t have a house, a bed or pillow. He had no building to call his home. He did not enjoy anything that belongs to this world. This was the quality of his self-imposed austerity. He used to say that he was on a divine mission and he wasn’t here to enjoy life. He did not like this life because he is immortal.

When Jesus came to this world, he would open his mouth and the breath of eternal life would [disperse]. He talked about the Kingdom of God, spiritual infusion, the Unseen World and he talked about the Father. He talked about real, rapturous love. However, there were only a few who were [ready to become] recipients. There were only a few disciples who were really close to Lord Jesus Christ. One of them was Thomas. If you study the Gospel of Thomas, you would come to know of the knowledge I talk about: the Unseen World.

He said, ‘I am the alpha and omega. I am the light of the world.’ [Revelations 1:8; John 8:12] The Koran said, ‘God is the light of the world.’ [Koran 24:35]

Tell me: is this the son of God or God himself because Jesus said what God says about himself in the Koran.

The blind would come to him; he would blow upon their faces and their eyesight would be restored. He would blow upon people who were not able to walk [and heal them]. When they were healed, they would want to pay their homage to Lord Jesus Christ. They would say, ‘You have done a favour [upon us].’ He would reply, ‘No, I haven’t done a favour yet.’

He said, ‘This is not a favour. If you were not able to see this world and now you can, this is not a favour - because you are still blind. When you see things in this world, it doesn’t benefit you. How can this be a favour? I will do to you a favour when your inner eye is open. What you will see with the inner eye is what will benefit you.’

One day, he stood in front of many different people. Some of them were the followers of the religion of Adam, some others were the followers of Abraham and some others were followers of Moses. He said to them, ‘Come to me. Adam, Moses and Abraham were not worthy.’ They didn’t like it. They took it as a blasphemy. They would ask him, ‘Who are you to say such a thing?’ His reply would be, ‘Don’t ask me. Ask the one who sent me.’

Jesus clearly said, ‘I am the only way to the Father. You only reach through the Father through me.’ [John 14:6]

What Jesus talked about was mind-boggling. In front of him were people who didn’t know who they were sitting with. They didn’t know that the person who was standing in front of them was not a man. It is a gross injustice if you know Jesus as a son of man.

A man is known by his character, not by his family lineage. Your ancestral history doesn’t reveal anything about you.

Jesus was a favour upon mankind. [However], you can count the number of people who were blessed by him. They were seven in number, who were sent by Jesus to seek asylum in caves. They fell asleep and have been there for the past 2000 years. Now they’re back with Jesus.

After Jesus came Prophet Mohammad. When Prophet Mohammad came into this world, he was equipped with the spiritual knowledge which would allow people to see God. With his help, many people were able [to reach the audience of God].

In the span of 5000 years, God was done with the exhibition of his power; he was done with the exhibition of his knowledge of eminence.

It is no wonder that he didn’t do anything for the many million years prior to [the creation of Adam the Eminent One]. When he started to reveal about himself, little by little, it only took 5000 years for him to be done. In this span of time, all the Grand Messengers had been sent. All the knowledge was sent, starting from the articulation of God’s name in the heartbeats and coming to an end with the ability to see God and enter into a physical meeting with God. That is the culmination, the peak.

Now, you shouldn’t ask God to send somebody else, because he is done! [He has nothing else to offer].

The Final Period: The Awaited Ones

When I was in Pakistan, somebody asked me, ‘Why has the image of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi has appeared on the surface of the Moon? Why not the image of Prophet Mohammad?’ I replied, ‘Why? If Prophet Mohammad’s image appeared on the Moon, what would you receive as a spiritual benefit from that image? He is not here.’ It is impossible.

Then somebody sent me a question, ‘You say that your Gohar Shahi will return to this world. Why can’t Prophet Mohammad return?’ But if Prophet Mohammad were to return, what would he do? He has already done everything he could have done.

Immigration in the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia have been taken over by the US’s Homeland Security. [These countries] cannot tackle the upfront threats, so Homeland Security is taking care of their immigration. Similarly, God is done. Now the Gohar and Jesus team from the Unseen World has taken over.

First, it was Jesus who talked about the Unseen world. Then His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi came into this world and opened up the chapter [and talked about the secrets of God]. Only two dignitaries talked about the Unseen World and knowledge of the Unseen World.

So this time, when Jesus finally shows up in public, they must believe in Jesus as divine. If they don’t, they are not connected to Jesus. [Similarly, when] HDE Gohar Shahi shows up again in public, they must admit that HDE Gohar Shahi is divine.

His Holiness Younus AlGohar explains the real reason behind the Devil's enmity towards Adam, how the Devil was appointed to be what he is today and what classifies as a true evil act. 

Main points: 

- People of the world today are under the wrong impression of what a true evil act is. Religious people think those who drink alcohol or go to night clubs and casinos are engaged in evil acts. However, the fact of the matter is that neither has the Devil created night clubs or casinos, nor has he ever been seen drinking alcohol. Such acts are actually pseudo-evil. The Lord said that one who is involved in real evil acts will be a great worshipper and at the same time will bear jealousy, malice, grudge, envy etc. That is who the real Devil is. 

- The Devil, in fact, was a great worshipper of God and many saints testified to his love for God. After he successfully worshipped God in every nook and cranny of the world, God promoted him to the Realm of Angels. However, sadly, this promotion of the Devil was not genuine. It was a Divine Plan. God was creating Adam Safi Allah and granting him the knowledge of eminence; he needed to make sure when Adam was descended into the world he would be faced with calamities and hurdles, therefore, the Devil was appointed. 

- The Devil was purposefully shown the body of Adam, he refused to prostrate before Adam because Adam's body was made of clay and his body was made of fire. He felt pride. However, when he found out that Adam had been granted the knowledge of eminence, which is to be absorbed by the subtleties in the breast, he felt extremely jealous. He knew that God had created him as a Jinn which meant he did not possess the inner faculties which would allow him to adopt the knowledge of eminence. Knowing that he could never become eminent drove him into the pit of eternal hopelessness. 

- The Devil vowed to God that he would kidnap the inner faculties of the ones who became heedless of the spiritual knowledge, so as to ensure they never come to know of it. The Devil is not bothered when you go to worship places; in fact, he stand and laughs in a corner because he knows that is not the spiritual knowledge. This is why those who acquire the knowledge of eminence become victims of the enmity of the Devil. He will leave no stone unturned in attempting to afflict your inner faculties with esoteric vices. Jealousy, malice, grudge and envy are true evil acts. 

- However, even the Devil found salvation at the feet of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi. The curse of eternal hopelessness was lifted by HDE Gohar Shahi, as the knowledge He brought to the world has nothing to do with the subtleties.

The Purpose of Imam Mehdi’s Advent

Adam Safi Allah (Adam the Eminent One) was the first whom God granted the esoteric knowledge and last of 14 000 different species of Adam created by God.

Prior to Adam Safi Allah, none of the progenies of 13 999 Adams were granted the esoteric knowledge; hence they were unable to connect with God and reach Him. Since the esoteric knowledge was not granted to them, therefore their souls and other spiritual faculties had been dormant and deprived of capitalising human instinct.

Human instinct in man reflects in his character only when the souls in him are awakened and enlightened.

If the souls remain dormant in a man, he doesn’t develop human characteristics such as pure love, gratitude, forgiving the offenders and other positive traits.

With the help of the esoteric knowledge, one awakens and enlightens his souls, and discovers within him the original human characteristics and sense of superior creation.

Since progenies prior to Adam Safi Allah were not granted the esoteric knowledge, they couldn’t recognise divinity and its traits. Therefore they were easily misled and engaged in mischief and bloodshed. Today, humanity has lost that esoteric knowledge which connects man with God and awakens human characteristics in him.

Imam Mehdi has revived the esoteric knowledge once again, to uplift humanity to higher levels of spirituality so as to revive Human Characteristics in all human beings again. And this is the purpose of Imam Mehdi’s advent!

The Purpose Of Creation

God said, ‘I was in the hidden treasure, I wanted to be known so I came out from that hidden treasure.’

Human being have a problem: if they have something, they find more pleasure in showing it off to people than using it. For example, if God said to you, ‘From now on you are God, but you cannot see anybody. No one will know who is God,’ maybe you would think that it is useless.

In religion, God takes pride in being alone. However, he he created creation because he was alone and he could not be known without having somebody to witness his splendour.

When God was in the hidden treasure a thought crossed his mind, ‘I have all the might and power. I have the power of Command Be and nobody knows about it. What is the point?’ He wanted to show somebody what he has.

For example, if you do not feel any pain and you would like to feel some pain, [someone] would hit you. So God was alone and he wanted to be known but there was nobody; how was he supposed to be known when there was nothing? So he created this universe for the purpose that he may be known.

God created different types of creatures: good spirits, evil spirits, Jinns, angels, Archangels, fairies and other types of angels. He created six realms because he thought that one creature could not fully know him. He made 18 000 creatures: 6000 in the air, 6000 in the water and 6000 on land. All the different creatures were given some knowledge of God, but no creature had seen God.

Then God created man. In man God combined two different types of souls: all the souls of the 18 000 different creatures and on top of that, the souls the angels have, the souls the Archangels have and the souls which only the angels closest to God possess. He combined all these souls in the human body. He did this so that man can know God fully.

Among man, he started off the first messenger, Adam The Eminent One. He gave Adam the knowledge of the heart. [He taught him] how to spiritualise the heart. The heart in spirituality was declared to be the divine tool of communication. When the heart is awakened, enlightened and there is enough light inside, it will serve like a telephone the only means between man and God.

There are many types of communication. If angels speak to man, they will speak to him in his right ear. When God wants to communicate with man, firstly that man will hear the voice of God in his heart. Some people do not hear the voice of God; rather, God sends text messages to their heart and this is known as revelation. With our phones, either we can make a voice call or send a message. Similarly, some people have both: they can hear God’s voice in their heart and if it is a detailed conversation, God sends texts. Then they can close their eyes and read the messages on their heart. This is how he comes to know about everything.

Adam the Eminent One was the first messenger who was first granted the knowledge of the spiritual heart. He taught his people this knowledge, through which their connection with God was established. Their hearts became enlightened. The hearts would speak to God and God would speak to the hearts.

You have another soul in your body on the righthand side.  When you enlighten this, with its help, you can visit a realm where sometimes, God comes and waits; if there is someone there who is enlightened enough, then they can communicate with God. This knowledge was given to Abraham.

There is another soul: Siri (The Secretive Soul). When this soul was enlightened, secrets of God were revealed and man grew in knowledge and understanding.

Then there is another soul known as Khafi (The Arcane). This soul belongs to a realm where God’s throne sits. There is a curtain behind this realm and throne. For example, it is like you are at the US-Canadian border. From the Canadian side of the border, you can see America but you are not in America. The knowledge of this was given to Jesus. That is why he said, ‘Through me, you will reach the father.’

Then there is another soul: Akhfa (The Most Hidden). When this is enlightened, this will be connected to your physical and spiritual tongue. When it is enlightened, you speak and will be heard everywhere.

There is another soul in your head with the help of which you can see God.

So, God wanted to be known but he did not allow any one religion to know him fully. One religion was able to know him a bit. Then, the one after that was introduced and people were able to know God more. Another religion was invented; with the help of the knowledge of that religion, people were able to know him even more. Then, in the last, he rendered the knowledge which enables people to see him. Prophet Mohammad brought that knowledge and people were able to see God. However, seeing is not enough.

Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi has brought a knowledge through which you see [God], you touch him, you hug him and you know him. You know his character and temperament.

If you just look at somebody, you will not know his character or temperament.

Now all these different types of knowledge have been revealed to different religions. When those religions taught this knowledge to people, people were able to obtain what was offered to them. When their messengers and saints left this world and spirituality was forgotten in these religions, now people do not know anything about God. Now, people do not anything about themselves. They are just going into the churches, mosques and synagogues. The purpose of God, that of him wanting to be known, is not to be seen here. If you practise Christianity yet you forget about knowing God and you do not even know yourself, what is the use? If you are a Muslim and you cannot see God, then you can only blame yourself.

So people are Christians, Muslims, Hindus and Jews but the purpose of God is lost in all these religions because God created creation so he could be known. With the help of these religions today people do not manage to know God.

The only knowledge that will enable you to know God is spirituality; enlightenment of the heart and soul. Now, this knowledge is available without any religion. In fact even more knowledge is available than what was available through these religions.

The knowledge that Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi has brought teaches us to know God and communicate with God. Lord Ra Riaz has given us authority and power to connect people. The beauty of this is that in order to get this knowledge, you do not have to follow a religion.

Religion gives you little knowledge about God and it makes you work harder. It is like you [doing hard manual labour] and they give you $50 a day. However this knowledge is like finding a white collar job and making $500 an hour. This is the same with religions: they are fasting, going to mosque, praying five times a day and following the dos and don’ts of the religion. But what do they get out of this? Just a little light.

Now, Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi has removed all conditions and limits. There is no stopping, no discrimination and no precondition.

Lord Ra Riaz said, ‘The prophets and messengers came into this world for good guys. I have come for bad guys, to make them good.’

In religion, you work hard but you do not have a good salary from God. This is because the hard work is done by the body. Anything done by the body generates kinetic energy, not divine energy. Divine energy is given to the soul. Your soul has to become active.

Today, religions do not know how to awaken the soul or enlighten the heart. This can be achieved only through spirituality.

Are We All Progeny of One Adam?

- Many religious people believe that all humanity is the progeny of one Adam, however Lord Ra Riaz Gohar Shahi explained that there have been 14 000 Adams. In His book, The Religion of God (Divine Love), Lord Ra Riaz puts forth an irrefutable argument to support this, which is so obvious and evident that one does not need to verify it.

- People of China, Japan, South Korea bear a good amount of resemblance to one another while the same can be said about people from Middle Eastern countries as well as South Asian countries. If you stand a Pakistani, Arab and an African in a queue and ask whether they come from the same Adam, the answer would be a resounding no. People from different Adams all have different temperaments and may differ in body shape as well.

- When Lord Ra Riaz visited Arizona, a leader of a Native American Tribe came to meet Him. Lord Ra Riaz asked him, ‘Where do you think your Adam came from?’ He replied, ‘According to our religious books, he came from the Middle East.’ This was in reference to Adam the Eminent One, mentioned in Christianity, Judaism and Islam. He then said, ‘According to our oral history and cultural books, our Adam came from the mountains of South Dakota.’ This is an anecdote supporting the fact that there have been more than one Adam who came to the world.

- Charles Darwin’s Theory of Evolution states that man evolved from apes. This is not entirely true because not all people have come from apes. When, in Moses’s era, some of his people disobeyed him, God punished them by turning them into apes. However, the women who were pregnant, though they were transformed into apes, they gave birth to human babies. As a lesson for humanity, the progeny of apes have some attributes of apes, such as their preference to drink more rather than eat. Such people can be found in Europe. Similarly, people in Africa who rejected the message of Prophet Seth were cursed by God and turned into donkeys. The pregnant women among them gave birth to human babies.

The Revolution of Love | Inqilab-e-Ishq

Younus AlGohar talks about human history in an unprecedented way. ⁃ A revolution is when new teachings come that completely change the norms of society and norms of spirituality. Many revolutions have come but in the modern era, whatever spiritual and religious revolutions have come have been rendered moot. Humanity is now back at its prehistoric status, the stage it was at before the arrival of Adam the Eminent One.

⁃ God sent 14 000 Adams. 13 999 of these Adams were made with the clay of this world and they didn’t have knowledge of spirituality. Their worship was done with the body. In the era before Adam the Eminent One’s arrival, if somebody adopted a religion, the only difference was that they would start to worship. Their character would not be changed. Your character is directly linked to your Nafs (Self) and Qalb (spiritual heart); if your Nafs is getting purified and your Qalb is getting enlightened with God’s name, you’ll be inclined towards God.

⁃ Adam the Eminent One came 6000 years ago, but this world has existed for billions of years. Adam the Eminent One’s arrival was foretold by the previous Adams, who were told that in the final era, a special Adam would be sent. Adams before Adam Safi Allah would just worship, but they did not know if their worship was accepted by God. They would force themselves not to sin, but the desire to sin was not removed from inside them. Finally, when Adam the Eminent One was sent, angels were told to make his body in heaven. Angels objected to the creation of Adam the Eminent One, citing the war, bloodshed and mischief that all the previous 13 999 Adams had all been involved in. God replied that Adam the Eminent One would be given the knowledge of eminence. God gave Adam the Eminent One the knowledge of how to generate divine energy from God’s names.

⁃ God gave different names to his prophets and messengers. David got the name Ya Wadood while Moses got Ya Rehman, which are related to different attributes of God. Mohammad got the Personal Name of God, Allah, which took him straight to the Person of God. All of God’s names are good.

⁃ Through Adam the Eminent One, the first revolution was brought to humanity: people were able to get connected to God and purify their Nafs and Qalb. Now, man’s voice would reach God. The second revolution was when God spoke to Moses; now, man was able to hear God’s voice. The greatest revolution was when Mohammad introduced the knowledge of seeing God. Unfortunately, this revolution was suppressed because of mischief that took place in Islam. Mohammad’s knowledge of seeing God and his knowledge of spirituality were suppressed by scholars and even companions of the Prophet as well as his wife, Aisha. To become part of Mohammad’s greatest revolution, you have to start adopting the revolutionary knowledge of Adam and so on. This is why God made it obligatory upon all Muslims to believe in all the prophets and messengers.

⁃ Today, people have forgotten the knowledge of eminence. No matter what religion you follow or what race you belong to, if you do not have the knowledge of eminence, then you are no different from the Adams who predated Adam the Eminent One because you are all dark by the heart. - We see today that there are many different peoples in many places of the world. If they all came from one Adam, why do they look so different from one another? Furthermore, Adam Safi Allah came 6000 years ago, however there are many civilisations that preexist his advent.

- God said that he sent 124 000 prophets. If he sent a prophet every year, or even every month since Adam Safi Allah came, the total number would not be 124 000. The fact that God sent 124 000 prophets is evidence that not all nations are the progeny of one Adam.

- When God sent Adam Safi Allah, he sent with him knowledge of spirituality that elevated him above the previous Adams. The messengers God sent to the progeny of Adam Safi Allah all brought with them knowledge of one Latifa (spiritual subtlety) in the breast. Prophet Mohammad brought with him knowledge of the last spiritual subtlety in the breast; therefore, God had to make him the Seal of Prophethood.

- When God would send prophets to the progenies of different Adams before Adam Safi Allah, they would only receive revelation; they did not receive the knowledge of eminence, spirituality. Prophet Mohammad is the Seal of Prophethood for prophets that would come to the progeny of Adam Safi Allah only. However, because prophets in the progenies of different Adams do not receive spiritual knowledge, prophethood did not have to end for them.

- If someone came to one of these nations after Prophet Mohammad and claimed to be a prophet, it is very much possible that God sent them. For example, Bahá'u'lláh was a prophet; even though he came after Prophet Mohammad, his nation was not from the progeny of Adam Safi Allah.

- God guided people in nations where he did not send spiritual knowledge through different methods. He would utilise fire, trees, mountains etc. to communicate with chosen individuals and dispense to them benevolence.

How Many Messiahs Are We Expecting?

More important to us now is the spread of true concept of Imam Mehdi.

Firstly, what is the truth in our explanation and concept of Imam Mehdi? What is wrong with the Iranian and Sunni concepts of Imam Mehdi? Why should people believe in the concept of Imam Mehdi that we are presenting to the world? We will have to go through a number of things before we can possibly convince people to believe what we are saying.

The most important thing is the source. Humanity is waiting for a Universal Redeemer, Universal Saviour, Universal Unifier. Every celestial religion has given that Universal Redeemer and Saviour a particular title. This title does not mean that the Universal Saviour - who, according to the divine plan, will come to this world towards the end times - is many personalities, not one.

God has initially given concrete, solid hope to people who will live in the end times.

Humanity has been living in this sphere of the world for many million years. The early part of life in this world was not spiritually, theologically or religiously so enriched or advanced.

Only 6000 years ago when the last of all Adams was sent, for the first time in human history, God allowed human beings to develop a more personal, exclusive and intimate relationship with him. This Adam (known as Adam Safi Allah) was given mystical and spiritual knowledge.

Before this Adam, spiritual knowledge was not granted to any of the many thousand different types of offspring of different Adams. In the pre-Adam Safi Allah era, since no spiritual knowledge was granted to human beings, none of them was able to be in contact with God. Before the arrival of Adam Safi Allah, God was completely cut off from human beings.

No human being was in contact with God; no direct or indirect contact was possible to be made.

Every human being had and has souls and spirits. The knowledge of the soul - which could enable them to worship God with the soul and spirit and be in contact with God - was not granted to them.

The last of the series of Adams, Adam Safi Allah, was granted knowledge of spirituality. Then, more than 100 000 prophets were sent. The last prophet of all was sent into this world almost 1440 years ago. Since then, humanity has not been blessed with the presence of any messenger or prophet from God.

As a result, the glory of religions which were established by God-sent prophets and messengers started to fade away.

The life of those religions started to weaken; a time came when they became spiritually redundant. People were unable to use these religions to reach God.

Of course, there are thousands of practitioners of these religions today. Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus, Sikhs and all sorts of people are worshipping God every day in their respective worship places all around the world.

However, the purpose of these religions has completely been lost. Man is not quitting his old habit of bloodshed and hatred.

How do we believe people who practise religion today have made any use of the religious knowledge when they are still stuck with their diabolical nature of holding grudges against each other, shedding blood and promoting hatred? Even with the enormous amount of worship they carry out each day, they do not seem to benefit from the practice of their religions, which clearly indicates that religions have lost their glory and spiritual mediumship. What they wanted to achieve through practice of religion is not to be attained.

We have seen dedicated worshipers. If worship could have gotten them anything in terms of a good character or turning these individuals into nice and kind characters, they would have done it. However, the worship is not affecting them.

Out of millions of years, these last 6000 years are a very rare patch of time in which the spiritual knowledge was introduced. It has been almost 6000 years now, but the last prophet came almost 1500 years ago.

The time spent in which the knowledge of spirituality was introduced and done and dusted is 4500 years. There has not been a prophet or messenger in the last 15 centuries. This is the reason why God had a plan of sending a Universal Redeemer.

Some people say, ‘We have a Messiah,’ others say, ‘Imam Mehdi is for Islam only,’ and some others say, ‘Kalki Avatar is for Hindus and Kalkidaan is for Sikhism only.’ God has run out of messengers and prophets. Very scarcely, he has come with an idea of a Universal Redeemer and Saviour who will come and unite everybody, who will serve everybody and connect everybody to God.

God has nothing to do with your body. Your body was created in the womb of your mother, God didn’t see it and will not see it. When you die, your body will be cremated or buried.

When God sends his message, he sends it to correct and purify your soul - to enable your soul to worship him. There are only five spirits in a human breast and there have already been five Grand Messengers, who introduced five different types of knowledge.

Five Grand Messengers have been sent; knowledge relating to these five spirits has already been introduced, adulterated, modified and forgotten. That knowledge is becoming extinct now.

Nobody knows what the teachings of Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus or Mohammad were. It’s all done and dusted.

What people know today as Islam is slashing throats of people, going to mosques, standing there for a few minutes in Salat, eat halal meat and have four wives. The knowledge of Prophet Mohammad is long forgotten.

There is not another soul in the human breast which is needy of any knowledge; all the knowledge has been sent. That is what God planned.

God is absolute power, but if God wanted to send another messenger, he must have planned it earlier. Now, he can’t do it.

For example, a boy says, ‘I wish I was not my father’s son, I wish I was someone else’s son.’ Well you are already born; nothing can be done now.’

Not even one messenger or prophet can be sent by God now, because when prophets and messengers come from God, they bring knowledge from God. When you assembled before God, it was not your body, but your soul.

If you will ever be in contact with God, it will happen through your soul, not through your body - because God is not aware of your body.

Now people are falling out on the issue of the Awaited One! It’s as if [religious people are] kids, not adults. There is only one playground and all the kids have to play in it. If Christians say, ‘We want a Christian playground,’ and Muslims say, ‘We want a Muslim playground,’ it doesn’t work like that. All Christians, Hindus, Jews, Muslims have to play in the same playground.

People demand a different Redeemer and Saviour from God. They seem to want God to allot a Redeemer with the same authority and power into each religion. If God was that generous, he wouldn’t have stopped sending prophets and messengers.
