#AskYounusAlGohar - How Do Inanimate Objects Communicate?

The following is a transcript of Younus AlGohar's reply to a viewer on YouTube live.

It is through the Subtlety of Akhfah (Arcane) that human beings can speak and through the Subtlety of Ana that they can see, but when the body dies the subtleties are wasted in the grave. You will not be granted new subtleties in paradise because the subtleties were given to human beings in the world as a test. God wanted to see if you would utilise these subtleties.

This is a method but do not think this method is definite because the trees and animals don’t possess the Subtlety of Akhfah, however, God is Absolute Power and he can make any creature – animate or inanimate – do as he pleases.

When the human soul comes into the world and enters the body, it is in a dormant state. But when it goes back it is not in a dormant state. After spending time in this world, the soul will not be given a small body in paradise. The bodies there will be substantial and the same soul will be placed inside the new body, in accordance with its accountability. Those new bodies will never burn nor perish.

The reason for the ageing process in the world is resistance;  then everything we eat is foreign to us because we were made from the clay in heaven. There is a lot of filth, which causes wear and tear on the body. However, there is no such thing in paradise. Everything there is in liquid form, even apples don’t have any texture. There are no solid things; hence, the bodies don’t go through exertion.

You might have heard stories that somebody who never spoke English before fell asleep one night and woke up speaking in English or somebody who lived in England all their life suddenly woke up with an American accent – these things do happen. God does show his Divine Power from time to time. The mechanism of speaking in the world is different to the mechanism in paradise; do not apply the rules of this world to the rules of paradise.

God said: I have Absolute Power over everything.  Koran [5:120]

This is the reason why there are incidents whereby stones and animals speak. Prophet Mohammad’s staff used to converse with him; animals used to converse with him. However, this method of communication is different.

If you lived in the era of Prophet Mohammad, you might think the animals conversed with him in the Arabic language and you’d be able to hear the conversation. But the animals, sticks and stones did not converse in this manner; whatever they wanted to say would come onto the heart of Prophet Mohammad.  

I used to think the same but once I was sitting on a sofa somewhere and all of the sudden my hands and feet began to itch. I had the same thought echoing in my mind over and over again that somebody has done something wrong on this sofa. I was disturbed; I didn’t know why this thought was echoing in my mind. I was perplexed. Then, after a few years, I was some place else, sitting on a bus and another thought began echoing in my mind repeatedly that somebody was stabbed here. When this started happening frequently, I became concerned and I asked His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi what was happening to me.

HDE Gohar Shahi explained, ‘These inanimate objects are conversing with you but you think they are just your thoughts. These things are actually speaking to you.’

 Allama Iqbal said: If God granted you the friendship of nature; you’d be able to converse with the flowers.

This does not mean that you will be able to stand before a tree and ask it to tell you a story and you will hear the tree replying. Whenever inanimate objects converse with you, it will come onto your heart.

In order to be a verified recipient of this type of communication, you must be a Qalb-e-Shaheed (The Witnessing Heart). Otherwise, you may think things are communicating with you, but really they are your own thoughts.

When these communications come onto the Qalb-e-Shaheed, if they are evil thoughts they will be expelled, and if they are divine thoughts the production of Divine Light will increase. However, if the thoughts are neither expelled nor increase the Divine Light it simply means it is the communication from inanimate objects. If a tree is conversing with you, the script coming onto your heart will not be divine, would it? It will just be a thought. There will be no Divine Light in it because inanimate objects do not possess Divine light.

Now, the image of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi on the Moon can also communicate with people and the method of communication is the same: you ask your question in your heart and the answer will also be revealed onto your heart. This is how this method of communication is carried out.

#AskYounusAlGohar - Can You Convince Me Intellectually to Believe in HDE Gohar Shahi?

His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi does not cater for your intellectuality. HDE is more concerned about your spirituality - about enlightenment of the soul and purgation of your Carnal Self. HDE Gohar Shahi estimates the possibilities of whether or not God will allow you into his friendship.

Secondly, I do not want to convince anybody to believe in HDE Gohar Shahi.

The reason why I don’t want to convince anybody to believe in HDE Gohar Shahi is that only seekers will find the truth. The truth does not beg anybody. I would hate to convince you.

There is a proverb in Persian, ‘True fragrance makes its presence felt.’ You don’t want somebody to tell you, ‘It is fragrance.’

We’re talking about HDE Gohar Shahi. While we’re talking about HDE Gohar Shahi, HDE Gohar Shahi’s name will attract the aspiring hearts and souls. If HDE Gohar Shahi’s name doesn’t interest the heart and soul of anybody, then it is useless for them.

I do not convince anybody, I would hate to do it. However, there is a book written by HDE Gohar Shahi, it is called The Religion of God (Divine Love). Go through every word of this book and you’ll find out what the score is.

HDE Gohar Shahi has nothing to do with intellectuality. Why would I give you a reason to believe in HDE Gohar Shahi other than what HDE has come here for? HDE has come here to enlighten our hearts and souls, and to purge our Carnal Selves.

The Difference Between Intellect and Intelligence

Secondly, you cannot understand or know God with intellect. Intellect is blindness, nothing else. If you would talk about intelligence, I would reply differently.

There is a difference between intelligence and intellect. You need intellect for your mundane life; however, now we’re talking about God, not this phenomenal world. In order to understand God, what you need is an enlightened heart. According to the Koran, the power of comprehension is granted to a heart when that heart is enlightened. [22:46]

Go through every single word of the Koran and tell me: can you understand God with your intellect? The answer is no. You need an enlightened heart. Then comes superior intelligence than that of the intellect you have in your head.

Intelligence is discerning and intuitive; it is not learnt, it is granted by God.

With your intellect, you can understand things relating to your life and this universe, however, God cannot be understood; actions and acts of God cannot be comprehended with the help for the intellect.

You need the enlightenment of the heart which will then initiate into that divine intelligence; this will be granted to your heart.

Q: How can the heart be granted intelligence when the heart doesn’t think?

I advised you to study The Religion of God (Divine Love) by HDE Gohar Shahi [which has answers to this question]. This sentence that you just wrote simply suggests to me that you are pretty naive to the concept of spirituality. You do not know what heart, in particular, I am referring to.

There is a fleshy heart which pumps and oxygenates the blood. This is not the heart I am talking about. I am talking about the heart which is like a soul, an angel; it is sitting on top of the fleshy heart. The fleshy heart is just housing it. That spiritual being which sits on the heart is in a dormant state. When this is activated and brought back to life through a spiritual guide, with the help of whom the spiritual heart is rejuvenated, then that heart thinks. That heart is granted intelligence.

Bear in mind this philosophy is not my own concocted philosophy. This is coming from the Koran: the power of comprehension is granted to the hearts. Moula Ali, Data Ali Hajwari and Khwaja all read the same Koran. You and I are reading the same Koran. Every other Muslim in Muslim and non-Muslim countries, who are scattered into many different denotations are reading the same Koran. How come Ali had a different understanding of the Koran? It is nothing to do with intellectuality. It is to do with spiritual intelligence which is granted to the hearts when the hearts are purified and activated.

According to this knowledge of spirituality, the heart can become enlightened once the seed of the name of God is implanted in the heart. The heart is articulated with God’s name and thus this creates divine light.

Are We Living in a Computer-Simulated Universe and Are There Other Universes?

‘Mr Younus, Elon Musk said that there is a chance that we are living in a computer simulation. Are we? And are there multiple universes?’ — Mir Shahmir

It is a very delicate point. The world or the universe itself is not simulated by a computer. However, with the help of computer science, we can do a lot of things.

In a sense, science and technology have advanced to a degree where you can do things which may appear to be a miracle.

For example, we now have test-tube babies. If a woman doesn’t want to marry or touch a man, but she wants a baby, [she can have it by in vitro fertilisation]. She could take sperm from a donor, which could be injected into her body. This is what people can do today.

Science has advanced to a degree now where scientists are trying to outclass God.

It is a proven fact: even in the past, whenever — with the help of science, technology and whatever knowledge they had — human beings tried to interfere with the acts of God, God destroyed them.

There is a story about ancient Greek people in the Holy Book, The Religion of God (Divine Love). God commanded Gabriel to go and destroy them by flooding, so they quickly made walls of glass. They were saved because they were able to hear God. So then God asked Gabriel to destroy them by stoning. The glass was broken by the stones and they were destroyed.

You can’t play smart with God because he has all the power.

This intellect you have reflects God’s intelligence. So you may conclude that whatever you think, God will think along the same line. What you have in your head as intellect, it reflects the divine intellect.

People are now trying to interfere with God and his acts.

For example, let’s talk about cloning. The thing is, scientists can do anything, but what about the soul inside it? Obviously, as a result of that cloning process, there will be a living being identical [to the original], and that living being will definitely have terrestrial souls. However, there will not be any celestial souls, which will mean that the clone will not have the same level of intelligence as [the original has].* It will be deprived of emotions — hatred, love and everything else. What is the use of producing such a thing which is incapable of many human traits?

People are trying to be smarter than God, however they can never be. God is a genius as compared to us. We think he is a genius because he can do things we cannot. It is not possible for someone created by God to be [smarter than him]; if you were created by God, God would not give you the same level of intelligence he possesses himself. If somebody has more intelligence than God has, then that somebody must be from the Unseen World.

The way His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi reveals secrets pertaining to the creation of this universe, to the creation of humankind, to the different species of Adam, to the different levels of intellectuality and to the different levels of spirituality — it is mind-boggling.

Revealing upon human beings what has been kept hidden by God and then declaring them to be the most obscure secrets of God — this can only come from HDE Gohar Shahi.

By far, HDE Gohar Shahi has exhibited through His acts and practice of love that whatever level of intelligence He has exhibited is far greater than the core intelligence of God.

This universe is simulated by a computer to a certain degree. But if you become divine and enlightened, you move your fingers and you will move mountains.

Forget about computer simulation. When you become a humble servant of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi, then you will simulate the world with your finger.

Multiple Universes

For the sake of answering your question, I will say, ‘Yes there are many different types of universe.’ But then again, you’re not able to practically go and witness it, so what is the point in discussing it? Unless you’re planning to apply to HDE Gohar Shahi to become His servant — because only then can you possibly witness existence of other types of universe.

We’re living on a single little planet, Earth, and we do not intend to explore every single planet that is floating in this universe. We have not been given the potential of migrating from one planet to another. Man set his foot on the Moon only after the Final Hour, when all the living beings on the Moon were destroyed by God. As long as people lived there, human beings who lived on this planet were not able to go and witness their counterparts [on the Moon].

We can only fly from Pakistan to India, India to Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka to America, Canada, Australia etc. We cannot possibly migrate from one planet to another, especially the planets which are currently inhabited by human beings like ourselves. The planet we are living on is not a secure place. Countries of this planet only think of their own safety. However [other] planets have been made secure but their inhabitants.

Migration from one universe to another is not physically possible for you. I am not saying that it is not physically possible at all; it is possible provided you have the means of travel and ability to switch from your type of oxygen to their type of oxygen. But you don’t have this facility and ability.

On this planet, water is made of two molecules of hydrogen and one molecule of oxygen. Maybe [on another planet], there are three molecules hydrogen with oxygen which forms water. The chemical equation of our water is H2O; maybe on Mars, it is H3O.

It is interesting that the Sun is the ultimate source of hydrogen; the Sun is shining on the seas and rivers. Even then, the water does not absorb more than two molecules of hydrogen from the sun-rays. This is because the oxygen of this world has only two ports of radicals; maybe oxygen [of another planet] is different and has four ports of radicals.

This universe is vast and it is such a shame that you cannot travel. Some people are born in Bangladesh, India and Pakistan; they live all their lives in those countries and they die. There are still some people in India and Pakistan haven’t seen a train, let alone traveling in an airplane. We live in the United States of America, United Kingdom, Canada, etc. even then, I never imagined myself traveling in a spaceship and going to the Moon.

Hopping into other universes is least possible even to imagine. However [things change] when you are a disciple of HDE Gohar Shahi. Firstly, you do not become a disciple by simply saying that you want to or [paying a fee].

You become HDE Gohar Shahi’s disciple when your soul is infused with HDE Gohar Shahi and you become a citizen of the extra-celestial Unseen World. That is the culmination of all that exists. 

When you reach the culmination of all that exists today, then migrating from one universe to another is child’s play.

When you reach the culmination of the farthest place that can exist — something you can’t even imagine — then migration from one universe to another is not a problem. Right now, you are caged by gravitational force. As a result of gravity, you can’t go anywhere. Speed is the resistance against gravity. You apply force and power; then you [move]. What happens when you go into space? There is no gravity; [so if] you don’t apply force, you just float.

Let me just end it on this note: it is possible to simulate the universe partially with the help of a [scientifically advanced] computer, but it would not be a full throttle simulation. 

Secondly, there are different types of universe — but then, seeing is believing. I can tell you many things, but if you’re not able to witness it, it is like fiction to you.

If you become worthy spiritually, you can travel from one universe to another. However, do not forget: the Quran has mentioned that whatever is between the skies and earth belongs to God; so God is only talking about this universe. It will [probably] never happen — but for the sake of answering your question, if you happen to set your foot in another universe, do not forget that that universe has a different creator.

Narendra Modi is the Prime Minister of India, not the entire world. The United Kingdom has a different Prime Minister. When you go to Canada, they have a different Prime Minister. When you set your foot in another universe, you’ll have to find out who its creator is.

There are different types of universe but all these different planets in this universe were created by God. Quran 4:131 states, ‘To God belongs whatever is between the land and skies.’ This is about this particular universe that we are living in.

*According to the teachings of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi, a human being is a compound creature made up of multiple spirits. The body is made of terrestrial souls which are responsible for things like its growth and appearance. The terrestrial souls have nothing to do with the higher realms.

What makes humanity different from animals is the presence of the celestial souls in them, which bring in them human emotions and sense. Younus AlGohar’s answer to a question asked by viewer Yasir Khan about choosing one’s fate.

Main points:

- We can’t choose our destination here; man is not in control of his fate. You can’t have more faith than what God has written for you, no matter how many saints try to help you. Your fate was decided in the Primordial Times.

- In the Primordial Times, the souls were assembled before God. God asked them, ‘Am I not your Lord?’ and all the souls affirmed it. After this, God showed them the modelled luxuries of the world. He said, ‘Whoever desires it may go and obtain it.’ A huge number of souls went for the luxuries of the world. This was their own choice. Then God said to the angels, ‘Write the world in their Book of Fate.’

- God also showed the souls the modelled luxuries of paradise and said, ‘Whoever desires it may go and obtain it.’ Then, paradise was written in their Book of Fate. There are seven levels of paradise with different types of luxuries; for each level of paradise the souls were told what they had to do to obtain it. According to what they believed themselves capable of paying the price for, the souls chose their level of paradise. Those who were to go in the highest level of paradise, Firdaus, would enjoy the luxury of seeing God; therefore the relevant spiritual knowledge was also written in their fate.

- The level of paradise one chose would be written in their fate too; even amongst the paradise-bound souls, the levels of faith differed. When it was decided which of the seven paradises the souls were to enter respectively, God then decided which type of knowledge he would grant each prophet. According to the knowledge each prophet was given, the paradise-bound souls were allotted to them as their nations. For example, the people of the lowest level of paradise, Khuld, would go into the nation of Adam Safi Allah, because he had knowledge of one subtlety of the breast only, the heart.

RE: Deen Aur Duniya Ki Khushali Kesay Hasil Ki Jaye?

Younus AlGohar answers a question by Nadeem Anjum about how to balance their religious and material life. He explains that in this era, Islam has become extinct. He brings attention to the importance of seeking God, rather than religion.

Main points:

- The religion has become extinct but the question you should be asking yourself is, ‘Why would I need a religion? What is the purpose of practising a religion?’ What is it that a Muslim is not missing but a Christian is missing because he is not a Muslim?

- There are different passports: British, Canadian, Pakistani, etc. When Pakistanis obtained British or Canadian passports, their value in the world changed. They are able to travel the world. People are aware of why they prefer a British or Canadian passport rather than a Pakistani one.

- As a Muslim, you think you are the best because of the history of spiritual dignitaries in Islam. However, you were not able to obtain faith and become a part of the original Muslim nation that Prophet Mohammad certified.

- The point of following a religion was so that predestined paradise-bound souls could fulfil their destiny and predestined loving souls could reach God through the religion. When spirituality was part of the religion, the religion continued on. A laptop runs on electricity; if you throw away its charger port, it can’t be charged and it won’t work. Similarly, when spirituality, the knowledge that connects one to God, was removed from Islam, now there is nothing left.

- The question you should ask is, ‘How do I keep my worldly life prosperous and obtain God as well?’ For this, you need to awaken your heart with Dhikr of God’s name. You have a family and job; however the Qalb (spiritual heart) inside you doesn’t. Its job is to simply invoke upon God. When it is enlightened and awakened, you can continue working and living your life, and inside you God’s name will be repeated and divine energy will constantly be produced.
