Younus AlGohar answers a question from a viewer who asked why he did not feel inclined towards worship and what he could do to incline himself towards worship.

Main points:

- Prophet Mohammad said, ‘O Sons of Adam, there is a lump of flesh in your body and if it is reformed your entire body becomes reformed. If it is corrupted, your entire body remains corrupted. Remember well: it is your heart.’ This was Prophet Mohammad’s advice to all people, not just Muslims. Due to the lack of divine energy in the heart, no actions or deeds of Muslims, Jews, Christians or Hindus is acceptable in God's eyes.

- The shortcut to reforming oneself is reforming the heart. How is it a shortcut? If the heart is reformed, the entire body will be reformed. People read about it but they do not have the method or authority to reform the heart. So instead of reforming the hearts, they focus on the things which should be done only after reforming the heart: for example, remembering death, reciting the Koran, etc. Such things will only benefit one after divine energy has entered the heart and Lower Self.

- Until the evil traits and evil energy remain in the Lower Self, it will be the Commanding Self. At this point, it only fears the world, it does not fear God. A Prophetic Tradition states, ‘The sons of Imam Mehdi will attempt to kill Him and the household of Imam Mehdi will oppose Him.’ The companions asked Prophet Mohammad, 'How can this be possible? Why would they do that? Prophet Mohammad indicated to the Lower Self and said, 'Because of the fear of their Lower Selves.' They rejected the truth due to the fear in their Lower Selves.

- Until the Lower Self has evil energy, it fears the world. Once divine energy enters the Lower Self, it fears the Lord. If Muslims today feared God, they wouldn’t worship and adopt a religious getup while still committing crimes like theft, adultery and fraud. They would not be divided into over 73 sects. Once divine energy enters the Lower Self, it will begin to fear God; it will try to avoid doing things that may upset God or the Spiritual Guide.

- It was to purify the hearts that His Divine Eminence Imam Mehdi Gohar Shahi began the Heart Enlightenment Movement. Right now there are evil masks upon the heart and they cannot be removed from any worship one performs. For that, one needs a Perfect Spiritual Guide. The heart must be engaged in the invocation of God’s name.

- If you pledge allegiance to a Spiritual Guide and you don’t feel like visiting him and he doesn’t want you to come near him, then it indicates that your Spiritual Guide is actually a pseudo-Sufi who neither has divine energy nor love for Prophet Mohammad in his heart. There has never been a single case in the history of Sufism where a true disciple did not feel like visiting their Perfect Spiritual Guide (Murshid-e-Kamil).

Islam: Nazria Ya Haqeeqat?

At the request of a viewer, Younus AlGohar explains the difference between Haqeeqat (Reality) and Nazaria (Principle) and whether Islam is the Haqeeqat or a Nazaria.

Main points:

- ‘Haqeeqat (Reality)’ comes from the word ‘Haq (truth)’. If we dissect the word ‘Haq’ to find its origin, it will go back to the manifestations of God. The truth is that which reached us after going through the manifestations of God; that which was created is not ‘the truth’. ‘Nazaria’ means ‘principle’.

- Islam is a religion the main theme of which is the total submission to God. One who obtains the core of Islam becomes a Devout Believer and then if God blesses him further he becomes a saint. However, once a person goes to see God, he no longer has anything to do with the religions of the world since his inner faculties have come under the theophanies of God and these religions no longer suit him. He is free from the restrictions of all religions.

- Islam is a principle, it is not reality. The truth is to make all of one’s inner and outer - their body, Spiritual Heart, Lower Self and all their souls - completely obedient to God. The reality is only that which takes one to God.

- When Prophet Mohammad conquered Mecca in 10 Hijiri, 125 000 Companions stood with him. At the time of his demise, there were only 7 people with him. When Bibi Fatima left the world, there were only 9 people who attended her funeral. When Imam Hussain and the rest of the Household of Prophet Mohammad were martyred in the Battlefield of Karbala, not a single person was there to recite the funeral prayers for them.

‘Does the knowledge of the Subtlety of Ana and Ilm-e-Ladunni have anything to do with Islam?’

Younus AlGohar answered this viewer-submitted question during a live session of Sufi Online.

Main points:

- Forget about Ilm-e-Ladunni and the knowledge of the Ana; even faith (Emaan) is greater than Islam. According to the Koran, if you possess faith in God, the Day of Judgement and perform Deeds of the Heart, you are a Devout Believer regardless of your religion. And all Devout Believers are a brotherhood.

- The question of whether or not the knowledge of seeing God Is part of Islam is tricky. There are many Customs of Prophet Mohammad and seeing God is one of them. However, some customs are a part of Islam while others are not. Prophet Mohammad kept fasts frequently; when some Companions tried to imitate him, he stopped them and said,  'Not all my actions are customs for you. Some things are only for me.'

- God grants Ilm-e-Ladunni from his special treasure to any saint, Fuqra, dervish or Sualiheen that he chooses. Whatever comes from the Koran is a part of Islam but that which comes directly from God is not a part of Islam. On one hand, there is the religion with its restrictions and that is fine, it is sent by God but on the other hand, if God sees that religion has become too difficult for a majority of people - people who genuinely seek him - then he sends Ilm-e-Ladunni with someone.

-  The technology advancement and conveniences of this era are the brainchildren of Imam Mehdi. He was the one who inserted the concept of aeroplanes in the minds of inventors; He was the one who came up with the internet and video streaming services like YouTube. This was all to aid His global mission which was to reach all humanity. HDE Gohar Shahi said after posting The Religion of God (Divine Love) on GoharShahi.com, He said to people, ‘From now on, you will be in contact with me through the internet.’


- What does the Ilm-e-Ladunni introduced by HDE Gohar Shahi say? It does not how much one worships, what sect they follow, how much of a sinner they are or how pure they are. All that matters is that they seek the Lord. The concession of Ilm-e-Ladunni from God for Imam Mehdi is that Imam Mehdi will insert God’s name and divine energy in people’s hearts. And if the recipients of this divine gift do nothing else but nurturing God’s name in their hearts, then this itself will turn them into saints one day. This is not Islam; this is Ilm-e-Ladunni. And through Ilm-e-Ladunni, Imam Mehdi is uniting all humanity into the One United Nation (Umat-e-Wahida). Imam Mehdi’s Ilm-e-Ladunni is like a divine sale: people come and obtain in seconds what seekers in the past had to spend decades trying to attain.

Hazoor (saw) Ki Shifaat Ke Ehl Kon?

In response to a question from a viewer,Younus AlGohar explains how Prophet Mohammad will provide salvation and to whom.

Main points:

- The lowest grade of paradise is for those whose Spiritual Hearts were engaged in worship. Prophet Mohammad’s salvation is for the hearts that may not have been enlightened when their demise occurred, but whose spiritual life had been preserved owing to the person sending benedictions upon Prophet Mohammad during their life. However, those whose inner faculties had perished during their lifetime and God has placed a seal upon them would not be able to obtain salvation.

- Prophet Mohammad presents the file of the one he wants to grant salvation to before God. And it has to be shown that the subtleties of this person did not perish while they were alive in this world. Such people would come under the Prophet's mercy with the grace of Prophet Mohammad's name. When such people would send benedictions upon Prophet Mohammad, due to the Prophet's name, their subtleties would retain some spiritual life.

- Religious clerics like Tahir ul Qadri are reluctant to say anything negative about Ameer Muawiya and they declare him to be a Companion of the Prophet. However, how is it possible for Muawiya’s faith to remain intact when he declared war against Moula Ali, a friend of God? God said that he wages war against those who bear enmity for his friends - and God’s style of waging war is not by sword, but by severing the neck of the culprit’s faith every day.

- If someone sat in the physical company of Prophet Mohammad, it did not automatically make them a true Companion. Many people who were able to sit in his company ended up being hypocrites. What is important is that those in his company were truly his servants, their Lower Selves were obedient to him and their hearts were connected to Prophet Mohammad’s.

-  All the Aima Akram, Fuqha, Saints and Mufasireen Akram, like Jalaluddin have all written that Ameer Muawiya became rebellious. Not only would he curse Ali himself, he would also go to the mosques and force the other great companions to curse him. Prophet Mohammad said, 'Ali is the Moula of all those for whom I am Moula.' Is there anyone who curses their own Moula? How could Muawiya curse Ali and still be a Companion?

- Today, the religion of Islam is divided into so many sects for the very reason that religious clerics do politics. They do not speak the straightforward truth. They adopt hypocrisy in order to please people of opposing tenets, even if it means displeasing God.

Ghafil Kon Hai?

A viewer of Sufi Online with ALRA TV asked Younus AlGohar, ’Is God heedless of those who are heedless of him since God only looks at shining hearts?’

Main points:


- People generally use the word ‘Ghafil (heedless)’ in the context of a person not invoking upon God; that such a person pays no attention to God’s remembrance. However, this is not what the word means in Arabic. It cannot be said that sometimes one is heedless or God and sometimes they are not; true heedlessness of God is eternal.

- Only those are truly heedless of God upon whose hearts have been covered in veils. Even if someone spends their entire life in the verbal invocation of God’s name but their heart is not involved in that invocation, in the end, they will be included among those who were heedless of God.

- The 180 000 layers of covering upon the disciple’s heart are burnt by the spiritual concentration of the Spiritual Guide when he grants him the Opening of the Spiritual Heart. Once the spiritual Guide does this, the disciple can never be eternally heedless of God.

- The word ‘Ghafil (heedless)’ cannot be used for God, because the meaning of the word is one who is under the covering of heedlessness. It does not apply to God.

- God’s sight falls upon the hearts who shine with the divine energy of his Personal Name. Sharia is important to adopt and practise, but God will not look at your physical worship. Rather, he will see whether your heart has become enlightened through these various practices.

- Today it is His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi’s blessings that the hearts of even the greatest of sinners are shining with the divine energy of God’s Personal Name. Otherwise, it was beyond the realm of possibility for one’s heart to be revived without first purifying the Lower Self. All credit goes to His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi and His authority. God said that this concession - that God’s name is entering the hearts of sinners - is only for Imam Mehdi.

- Today it is practically impossible to follow Sharia. In this era, the ratio of Negative Energy is so high that no Ghous could purify a single disciple’s Lower Self through Sharia.

Auliya Allah Ke Mazarat Se Faiz Kese Hota Hai?

A viewer of Sufi Online with Younus AlGohar asked whether or not visiting the shrines of Sufis is a form of grave-worship prohibited by the Prophet Mohammad. This is Younus AlGohar’s comprehensive answer.

Main points:

- The idea that visiting the shrines of saints is Shirk is simply negative propaganda from Wahhabis, Deobandis, Ahle Hadith, etc. Prophet Mohammad forbids all types of Shirk. However, Prophet Mohammad himself instructed people to visit the shrines of saints. Not every person visiting a shrine of a saint is committing Shirk.

- If someone dies while on the spiritual path, they are known as a martyr. Shaheed (martyr) itself means to ‘be present’. When someone is a martyr, their Lower Self and subtleties remain in the grave while the Main Human Soul ascends to the Higher Realms. Spiritual knowledge is granted to the subtleties of the chest.

- After Prophet Mohammad’s physical demise, his subtleties remained in the grave. It was his subtleties who had received the divine revelation, the Koran, in the first place. If one wants to visit the shrine of Prophet Mohammad and address his inner spirits which are present in the grave, they need to have the required spiritual knowledge to do so. When different saints like Moinuddin Chishti and Ans Bin Malik visited the grave of Prophet Mohammad, they were able to meet Prophet Mohammad. Prophetic Tradition: I will be obliged to grant salvation to one who visits my grave after my demise.

- When you die, your Main Soul goes up to the Higher Realms and your Lower Self and subtleties remain in the grave. If they are unenlightened, the subtleties waste away in the grave after some time. However, if they are enlightened, then they continue to worship in the grave until the Day of Judgement and your soul reaps the spiritual benefits. It is the divine law that the Lower Self and the subtleties must be placed in the grave at the time of one's demise; if someone is a saint, then their subtleties in the grave will render benevolence to people who visit it.

- There are three types of saints. The Kamil Mumaat saints are those whose very benevolence is rendered through their graves. Their subtleties bless people who visit. However, if one is to obtain a special type of benevolence from such a saint, then their soul is called down from the Higher Realms through the act known as ‘Dawat (invitation)’ - this can also be done if one wants to meet Prophet Mohammad’s soul. But for someone who has come under the spiritual concentration of His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi, they are able to meet Prophet Mohammad anywhere in the world. Only Prophet Mohammad’s Main Soul ascended to the higher realms, whereas his subtleties are present in the grave. So this is how he is ever-present and the Living Prophet (Hazir-o-Nazir).

- The subtleties of enlightened Devout Believers and saints also remain in their graves until the Day of Judgement, when they will be taken away. Only the subtleties of the Immortal Saints who manage to see God will be inserted into their new bodies when they are sent into Paradise.

- To go to an empty grave where there is nothing but bones and to prostrate before it is Shirk. Prophet Mohammad forbids visiting such graves because if they are empty of divine energy and enlightened spirits, they become occupied by satans and can cause you harm.
