Younus AlGohar reveals why only certain people get satanic dreams and gives important information on the different ways the Devil may try to divert you from the spiritual path.
Main points:
- A common person who is not walking upon the spiritual path will neither see a divine dream or satanic dream. A common person sees nonsensical dreams. Secondly, His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi says, 'Whatever a person thinks about before going to sleep will transform into a dream.' Therefore, the dreams of common people are either due to the chemical imbalance in the brain or whatever they were pondering deeply before falling asleep.
- The Devil never interferes when it comes to purifying the Lower Self. The Devil will only interfere when you go towards Opening of the Spiritual Heart. The spiritual path begins with the Opening of the Spiritual Heart. That is when the Devil uses every weapon at his disposal to stop you from embarking upon the path leading to God. He will use the Lower Selves of people around you to trouble you - sometimes your child will fall ill, sometimes your spouse will oppose your choice to start a spiritual journey and sometimes it will be your parents or relatives.
- The Devil knows that if the Personal Name of God enters your heart, then you will be out of his control for the rest of your life. Therefore, he tries his utmost to make sure God's Personal Name does not enter your heart. By hook or crook, he will try to mislead you off this path. Then, even if you remain steadfast, the Devil will come to you in your dreams. He will come in your dreams and try to ensure you develop a bad conjecture for the one who is granting you the Opening of the Spiritual Heart. He will ensure you develop a bad conjecture for the Spiritual Guide so that you remain deprived of the invocation within the heart (Zikar-e-Qalb).
- When you have not embarked upon the path to God and you haven't even tried to bring God into your heart, then at this point, the Devil has no enmity to you. Whether you are feeding the poor, building a mosque, worshipping or going for Hajj, the Devil will never trouble you. The Devil's enmity is against those who have become eminent in the similitude of Adam the Eminent One.
