SC • E19: Kya Anbiya o Auliya Ka Bhi Tazkia e Nafs Howa Tha?

In Lesson 19 of the Elementary Sufi Course, Younus AlGohar discusses how the prophet and saints of God dealt with their Lower Selves and whether or not they had to go through the process of purification.

Summary:

- The Lower Self gave all prophets and saints a hard time, including Ali (ra) and Imam Hussain (ra).

- The Quran mentions the incident of Joseph and Zulekha. In Quran 12:53, Joseph says, '‘I do not think my Lower Self is exempt from sin, because verily, the Nafs e Ammarah (Commanding Self) compels one to do bad'. So in the light of the Quran, it is not just important for ordinary human beings to purify the Lower Self. Even the Lower Selves of all the prophets and saints were impure when they were born into this world. 

- According to Prophetic Tradition, Prophet Mohammad (saw) said, ‘When a person is born, a Satanic Jinn is born alongside him’. The Companions asked, ‘O' Messenger of God, was that Jinn born with you?’ Prophet Mohammad (saw) said, ‘Yes, it was born with me, however, it was purified in my company'.

- When it is proven in light of this Prophetic Tradition that the Lower Self is born with a common man and with the Prophet (saw), how is it possible to say that the great saints and Companions of the Prophet never sinned? Or that the descendants or Household of the Prophet never made a mistake?

Mission Activities in Ajmer, India

On the 23rd of January, 2015, a team from Mehdi Foundation India visited the Nizamuddin Dargah (mausoleum) to propagate the teachings of HDE Lord Ra Gohar Shahi Imam Mehdi. Delegates distributed many leaflets bearing the images of the Awaited One on the Moon, Sun and Holy Black Stone. A large majority of aspirants took interest in our message and wanted to learn more about the Goharian Philosophy of Divine Love.

Mehdi Foundation India Visits Haji Ali Dargah, Mumbai

At the Haji Ali Dargah, the mausoleum of Sufi Saint Peer Haji Ali Shah Bukhari (located in the Southern part of Mumbai), a delegation from Mehdi Foundation International India set out to propagate the revolutionary message of His Divine Eminence Ra Gohar Shahi. People of all ages, regardless of their race, colour, cast or creed happily accepted the teachings of Divine Love and Global Unification. Recipients of our message were also granted invocation of the heart 'Allah Hu', as well as free spiritual healing.

New Video: Qur'an Mein Tajdeed Ka Tariqa

His Holiness Younus AlGohar discusses the system Allah placed in religions in order update and reform the religion as society evolved. He sheds light on the difference between the 5 Grand Messengers and others Prophets. He explains how the system of Wilayat (Sainthood) was put in place by God as a substitute for Prophethood in the religion of Islam.

MFI India Propagates at the Nizamuddin Dargah in Delhi, India

On the 21st of April, 2014, a delegation from Mehdi Foundation International India visited the Nizamuddin Dargah (mausoleum) of one of the world's most famous Sufi saints, 'Nizamuddin Auliya’, situated in the Nizamuddin West area of Delhi.

Thousands of Muslims, Hindus, Christians and people from other religions accepted the revolutionary message of His Divine Eminence Ra Gohar Shahi. The presenters from MFI India recited Naats and explained to seekers the method of loud chanting of the name of God and the benefits thereof. Afterwards, the presenters showed the divine signs of HDE Ra Gohar Shahi on the Moon, the Sun and the Holy Black Stone and the aspirants were granted invocation of the heart of 'Allah Hu'.

His Holiness Younus AlGohar explains the two different types of Sharia (religious law) and gives insight into the four different categories of Tariqah. He notes how Saints of God in the past were able to obtain perfection in only one of the four types of Tariqah and how every single follower of Imam Mehdi shall obtain perfection in all four categories of Tariqah. His Holiness also reveals the hidden third knowledge of God.
