Summary:

    - When the Ancient Being of God intended to create, he expressed different manifestations of himself, the first of which were his attributes. After manifesting his attributes, God created the creation and this action made God a Creator. The attribute of God being the Creator is, in itself, new. God was not always the Creator. God himself has always existed from the beginning, but he was not a Creator when he was in the Hidden Treasure. A change came about - it was only when God created that he became a Creator. The Creator is known as 'Ilah'.

    - Among the attributes of God were the Tifl-e-Noori (Body of God's Light) and the Jussa-e-Tofeeq-e-Ilahi (Sub-spirit of God). Now, those who obtained Divine Union, the Wasileen, ill will either be granted the Tifl-e-Noori or the Jussa-e-Tofeeq-e-Ilahi. Prostration in Divine Servitude is only done to the Creator (Ilah). The Creator did not enter anyone. This is being said not on the basis of emotions and love, but rather the sheer truth. Whether it is Sultan Haq Bahu, Lal Shahbaz Qalandar, Abdul Qadir Jilani, Moula Ali, Bibi Fatima or even Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), the Creator did not enter any one of them.

    - The Motto of Faith is 'La Ilaha Ilallah' (There is no Creator except God). Meaning, the attribute of 'Ilah' only belongs to God, it doesn't belong to anyone else. Due to the presence of the Tifl-e-Noori and Jussa-e-Tofeeq-e-Ilahi in the Wasileen, they can be called 'God' because something from God entered them. However, nothing entered them from the Creator. Therefore, they can be called God but they cannot be called the Creator. The attribute of the Creator did not enter anyone nor will it ever.

    - You may consider the Wasileen as God, you may kiss their hands and feet in respect and express your love for them. However, if you believe that these personalities are your Creator and you intentionally perform the Prostration in Divine Servitude, then this is polytheism. The Prostration in Divine Servitude is specifically for the attribute of the Creator. Neither Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) nor Imam Mehdi received God's attribute of the Creator. Since it did not enter these two personalities then the rest of them are inconsequential.

'The religious clerics say that God made 50 Salat obligatory but Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) reduced the number of Salat to 5 during the Night of Ascension. Is this true?' Watch this video for Younus AlGohar's comprehensive answer.

Summary:

 - Many false additions have been made to the Prophetic Traditions and narration of the events. Had Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) been so concerned about making things easier for the Muslim Nation by reducing the number of Salat, he would have also reduced the number of obligatory fasts or changed the time for fasting to winter instead of summer. Therefore, there is no truth in what the religious clerics say about the 50 Salat.

 - This fabricated story of the clerics makes it seem like God is quite strict on his creation whereas the Prophet (PBUH) felt merciful towards his Nation. It is alleged that the thought didn't occur to the Prophet himself, rather, it was Moses who told him that 50 Salat are too many. This gives an impression that neither God nor Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) were concerned about the welfare of the Muslim Nation - and that it was, in fact, all due to Moses that the number of Salat was reduced so drastically from 50 to 5. There is absolutely no truth to this.

 - God Almighty has made Salat obligatory upon Devout Believers and it is time-allotted. If there were even 48 obligatory Salat, one would have to perform that Salat every 30 minutes. Just offering Salat alone takes 20-25 minutes, all things considered. In that case, you would spend all your time in the mosque offering Salat. You wouldn't have time to go home. You wouldn't find time to take care of your family or get married. You wouldn't even have time to eat or go to the toilet. Therefore, this nonsensical idea is concocted by the religious clerics. Whatever comes from God runs in accordance with human nature.

Younus AlGohar explains the meaning of Ilm-e-Ladunni (knowledge that comes directly from God) in this enlightening lecture!


Summary:

    - The Koran was revealed to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) by God, but it is not Ilm-e-Ladunni because you have to obtain it through the Prophet. Ilm-e-Ladunni is the knowledge which you obtain directly from God. You are granted Ilm-e-Ladunni only after obtaining access to God. You go to witness the divine splendour; if even after this, your spiritual thirst is unquenched, you may ask God for something more. This is when God may decide to grant you Ilm-e-Ladunni - but it is entirely up to God whether or not he gives it to you. God only grants Ilm-e-Ladunni to his special friends and for a special reason.

'Successful is one who purifies the Lower Self.' - Koran 87:14

Abdul Qadir Jilani says, 'The Opening of the Spiritual Heart cannot be initiated for one who has a single morsel of unlawful in them.'

    - The method of obtaining Opening of the Spiritual Heart we mention is not actually the right method; it has been transformed through His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi's own Ilm-e-Ladunni. Your heart is not supposed to be revived within minutes; you actually have to purify your Lower Self first. According to the knowledge granted to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) in the Koran, the first step is to purify the Lower Self and then the Opening of the Spiritual Heart would be granted for the enlightenment of the heart. However, there was a dire need for Ilm-e-Ladunni in this era.

    - This is the era in which it is almost impossible to differentiate between lawful and unlawful consumption. No matter how hard you try to eat lawful food, you will end up consuming something or other which is unlawful. This is the era in which it is almost impossible to practise Sharia (religious law) completely. You do not practise the Sharia today and so you will never become a Devout Believer this way. Instead, you will become a Deobandi, Shiite, Sunni, etc.
   
    - Therefore, it was necessary for a Grand Reformer to come who would be granted a very special knowledge from God which would revive our hearts and turn us into Devout Believers. It was necessary for us to be redeemed of this helplessness and failure of not being able to adhere to the Sharia law. It is because of this Ilm-e-Ladunni that His Divine Eminence says, 'Don't worry if you like to drink alcohol. Carry on but come and take the invocation, too.' Islam does not permit this. This permission is given through Ilm-e-Ladunni. When a person would carry on drinking alcohol and invoking God's name at the same time - the divine energy would enter his bloodstream and begin to purify him from within. A time would come when he would refrain from all kinds of sins and acts which go against Sharia, like drinking alcohol.

    - Bulleh Shah said, 'Dance to please the Beloved.' The Koran doesn't tell us to dance. However, Bulleh Shah said, 'Bulleh danced. His heartbeats increased and when God's name was synchronised with the beats, God was pleased. Neither did I offer Salat 5 times nor did I pray the rosary. I found my Spiritual Guide who blessed me.' His Spiritual Guide possessed Ilm-e-Ladunni and that is why he was not instructed to worship. Similarly, Mir Kalal used to render spiritual benevolence to people by making them play Kabaddi because he had Ilm-e-Ladunni.

    - HDE Gohar Shahi's Ilm-e-Ladunni says, 'Whether you are a Shiite, Sunni, Wahhabi, Hindu, Sikh, Christian, Jew or anybody else - if you seek God, come here.' When divine energy enters your heart, you will become a man of God. This Ilm-e-Ladunni negates sectarianism and religion and connects you directly to God's individuality. This is the Ilm-e-Ladunni in which there are no restrictions - you do not need to follow a certain religion to reap the spiritual benefits of it. All significance in this Ilm-e-Ladunni is to God.

Kashf o Muraqiba Ki Haqeeqat

Younus AlGohar explains the practical meaning of the word 'muraqiba (spiritual journey)'.

Summary:

 - The meaning of 'muraqiba' in the Arabic language is radar. God has created different realms and there are all these different spirits within us that relate to different realms. The Lower Self relates to the Alam-e-Nasut (Phenomenal World). The Spiritual Heart relates to Alam-e-Malkoot (Realm of Angels). The Main Human Soul relates to the Alam-e-Jabroot (Realm of Souls). A muraqiba is for a person to obtain access to all those esoteric realms while physically being on Earth.

 - If it is a muraqiba to Malkoot (Realm of Angels), then your Spiritual Heart takes flight from your chest and enters the Realm of Angels. When your Spiritual Heart reaches the Realm of Angels, it is like a satellite; everything it will see there will be visible to you on Earth. Therefore, it is a spiritual journey. In the muraqiba of the Main Human Soul, you reach Bait ul Mamour.

 - You do not reach the realms with your thoughts and imagination. Rather, it is your souls that go there. Your souls will only go there once they are capable of doing so. These souls have to be revived and then empowered with divine energy. After that, you simply have to close your eyes and your spirits will reach their respective realms. The spiritual journey of the lowest scale is performed by the Spiritual Heart. For this to happen, it is necessary for the Lower Self to be purified and the Spiritual Heart to be revived.

 - People think muraqiba translates to meditation in English, but this is not correct. Meditation means to concentrate or ponder. So in order to meditate, they play soft music, sit and imagine lush green fields. They conduct guided meditation sessions where someone speaks in a soft, husky voice and tells them to imagine arriving in paradise, feeling a cool breeze, etc. But this is not muraqiba.

A Prophetic Tradition states: a muraqiba of one Sa'at is greater than the collective worship of Saqlain.

 - It means that a muraqiba of one hour is greater than the collective worship of Saqlain. Saqlain comprises all the realms of this universe; the collective worship of all the creatures within this universe cannot amount to a single moment of the spiritual journey you perform. Therefore, a muraqiba is a great form of worship; it is a spiritual journey in which your inner faculties reach their respective realms.

Momin Aur Wali Banne Ka Tareeqa

Younus AlGohar explains how to become a Devout Believer and a saint of God in detail in light of his vast spiritual knowledge.

Summary:

- It does not take long to become a Devout Believer. You simply have to go to a Sufi or saint of God who can revive your Spiritual Heart with his spiritual concentration. When he revives it and inserts God's name into your heart with God's permission, you become a Devout Believer. You don't need to go through any spiritual austerity to become a Devout Believer.

- You do have to go through spiritual authority and discipline in order to become a saint. There are three angels enclosed within the Spiritual Heart: Qalb-e-Saleem (The Secured Heart), Qalb-e-Muneeb (The Heart Turned to God) and Qalb-e-Shaheed (The Witnessing Heart). It takes 12 years to awaken all three, one after the other. At the same time, there are four entities enclosed within the Lower Self: Nafs-e-Ammarah (Commanding Self), Nafs-e-Lawammah (Blameworthy Self), Nafs-e-Ilhama (Inspired Self) and Nafs-e-Mutmaina (Contented Self). It takes 12 years to purify the Lower Self too. So you have to go through a period of 12 years' spiritual discipline for both. These are the 2 main spiritual disciplines that you have to go through.

- When the Spiritual Heart is fully awakened and the Lower Self is purified, you are near the culmination of Tariqat. That is when you are taught the knowledge of Haqiqat for one year. This is the knowledge that enables your Ana to go to the Station of Mehmood and witness the divine splendour. When the Ana sees God, you become a saint of God.

-One does not become a saint before witnessing the divine splendour. When you see God, the image of God will come onto your heart. Then God says, 'Now go down on Earth. Whoever sees you will have seen me.'

- Some saints like Abdul Qadir Jilani and Baba Farid chose to stay in the jungles even after their spiritual training was complete. Abdul Qadir Jilani stayed for 40 years and Baba Farid stayed for 36 - however, one does not need to stay that long in order to become a saint.

Ilm Ki Kitni Iqsam Hain?

Younus AlGohar explains the different types of knowledge.

Summary:

- There are two types of knowledge: the outer knowledge and the spiritual knowledge. Outer knowledge is found in the books but spiritual knowledge has not been seen in practice for a long time. We only read about Grand Sufis in the books, however we do not meet them in real life.

- Sectarianism has made the religion extremely confusing. Every sect has its own philosophy which conflicts with others’ beliefs. It is impossible to tell who is right and who is wrong.

- His Divine Eminence Gohar Shahi told us not to concern ourselves with these matters and instead focus on connecting our hearts to God. He explains that by bringing God’s name into the heart, a connection between and the heart and God is established - and this is only done with God’s permission. You need to go to someone who has been appointed by God to place God’s name in your heart.

- To bring God’s name into the heart is a Custom of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). When Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was 7 years old, Gabriel came and inserted a Tifl-e-Noori (Body of God’s Light) in his heart. Due to its presence, God’s name began to respond in his heart and then eventually in his entire body. It caused him to seek solitude more and more in the Cave of Hira. One day, Gabriel came to him and revealed the first verse of the Koran (96:1), telling him to declare publicly that he had God’s name in his heart.

Muhammad (saw) Ki Ummat Afzal Tareen Kesay?

Younus AlGohar explains why Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)'s Nation was declared to be the greatest.

Summary:

'When what has already been prophesied to occur, when that will occur, nobody will be able to deny it. Those who are above will be brought down and then taken up again. The earth will begin to shake. Great mountains will disintegrate like clouds. Everything will turn to dust and disperse.' - Koran 56:1-6

    - The name of chapter 56 of the Koran is 'Waqiah (Occurrence)'.  It is believed among all Muslims that this occurrence refers to the Day of Judgement, Doomsday. When there are earthquakes, the ground trembles; however, this shall be on an even greater scale. The mountains will disintegrate when the mineral spirits are taken out of them. So far, only the events of the Last Day on Earth have been discussed in the chapter.

'And then you will come in three groups.' - Koran 56:7

    - Three different categories of the souls were created before the occurrence of the Command Be on the Primordial Day: the souls in God's Proximity, Love and Manifestation. Then, the rest of the souls were created with the power of the Command Be. The souls were divided yet another three times on the Primordial Day: one group was those who leapt towards the luxuries of the world, the second was of those who leapt towards the luxuries of the paradise and the third group was of souls who were indecisive. On the Last Day, you will be classified into one of three groups.

'There will be a group of the Companions of the Right Hand. And you do not know who they are. There will be the Companions of the Left Hand. You do not know who they are' - Koran 56:8-9

    - It is understood in Sharia that People of the Right means heaven-bound people and People of the Left means hell-bound people. However, in spirituality, the meaning changes - 'Companions of the Right Hand' refers to those in the Religion of God and 'Companions of the Left Hand' refers to those who have become Devout Believers by following a particular religion.


'The Foremost Ones are the ones who will become close to God. They will be in the Paradise of Neem.' Koran 56:10-12

    - The Foremost Ones refers to the souls created before the Command Be. They are the ones who will obtain the proximity of God when they come on Earth. They are those who will reach the 6th level of paradise; this is the paradise for all prophets and Sauleheen. The 7th level of paradise is for the Divine Lovers.

'The majority of those who will obtain God's proximity will be from the Foremost Ones while very few will come from the second batch of souls [created with Command Be].' Koran 56:13-14

    - The first 5 levels of paradise are for the people, the Akhireen, who enlighten their subtleties of the breast through the celestial religions brought down by the 5 Grand Messengers. Those who chose Khuld, the 1st level of paradise, would be sent in Adam's era and those who chose the 2nd would come Abraham's era. Those who chose the 3rd would come in Moses's era, the 4th in Jesus's era and the 5th in Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)'s era. Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)'s Nation is the greatest because it comprises people who chose the 5th level of paradise (the highest level the Akhireen souls can attain).

    - Once in a while, to inspire the souls, God would send a one or two Foremost Souls down on Earth. Inspired by the Foremost Souls, people would set out in search of God's proximity; they would find their destiny even though they would not manage to reach the proximity of God.

    -  The first 5 levels of paradise relate to religions. The 6th and 7th levels do not have to do with any religion, they are for the Foremost Souls. Grand personalities who came into various religions actually come from the Foremost Souls. In the era of Imam Mehdi Gohar Shahi, some Devout Believers destined for the 5th level of paradise came and He took them to their destination. Imam Mehdi Himself has come for the Foremost Souls who have come in this era.
